It's possible. It would certainly go with the current tread for Playstation. But what we need to remember is that Playstation, and Sony, is a Japanese based company, and in Japan 4 and 9 are considered unlucky numbers.

Not sure. I'm just saying that if you look at the picture and slide the slider when it's on the PS3 side there is electricity and when it is on the Xbox side the electricity is gone.
I'm not a mod so I don't have any idea if you can actually do this but can't you just ban an IP address?
I mean sites like gamefaqs use IP addresses to keep users from making multiple accounts and voting on their daily polls. Couldn't you do something like that and ban an IP address from making multiple accounts, if their a known offender?

Sorry but no. Look at things like the electricity on Riaden's sword. It's there in the PS3 version but not there at all in the Xbox 360 version.

Yes it would have. Don't get me wrong when I say that Fallout 3 was a bit of a letdown. I'm not saying that it was a bad game in any sense. In fact it was and is still an exceptionally good game, minus of course the painful prolog you have to play through before you get out of the vault. It just, was less of an epic world to get invested in.
