Very true. I think that's only because a possible @$$whuppin' keeps the kiddies mouths in check. Not to mention many people hide their nerdy gaming side from the real world the the net offers a place to express it.
There's a simple explanation as to why they're still coming here...it's a lot like little-big-man syndrome. You see, the little guy can start fights with everyone he wants. Why? Because if he wins, he just beat up a big guy and is cool!
But what if he loses?
Glad you asked. See, even if he loses he still wins. As he's so much smaller than the person he just fought, people feel sorry for him and are angry at the big man for beating up on the little guy. So, ...
Just the internet? Wow! And here I am under the impression that fifty percent of the people you meet are idiots! That's right, before you go and say 'hi' to the next person you see, just think, you have a fifty percent chance you're talking to an idiot anyway! Of course that doesn't apply to the N4G breed of people, everyone knows we're the only normal people around! :D
But about the game, I was lucky enough that the BlockBuster near me had it in stock today. I was in no ...
But where I'm at they did get LBP today. :D
I agree with the combat being broken. It was way too simplistic and easy. It took little to no skill to master and did indeed take away from the overall fun factor of the game. A more indepth system would have helped that system boatloads. How about a kick? I guess assassins don't know how?
Having said that, I see the same complaints you just listed with GTAIV and this game deserves a 9 or 10? The missions in that game are repetitive and boring right off the bat. I guess...
I think I'm gonna rent this. Not a buy for me, but should get a rental. The trailer looked quite nice.
Either Candy Land or Sorry!.
Oh, yeah, surely moreso than Halo or GTAIV, right? AC's repetition wasn't worse than many games (what about SMG where you play the same level like five times). Just be real and say you didn't like it.
I skimmed that, but good points all around. Have an agree and a bubble. Personally, I won't be buying this unless my rental changes my mind. I don't have the creative flare to really dig this game as that's its biggest draw. My question, does it have a storyline? There's been so much focus on the creative side I can't recall ever really hearing about the one player mode...
I'm confused as to why you got disagrees, Slap, and why he got agrees...
I agree that movies and whatnot have profanity, but when was the last time a journalist used it when writing about one? I don't recall seeing that very often if ever. Well, at least no respected journalist does. There's a fine line between a movie containing profanity and shooting for that 'mature' audience, than some hot headed reviewer/journalist saying, "That movie lost all f@cking credibility..." It doesn't happen. I get your point, but your argument and logic perpetuating s...
Though it did come out a little racist, I don't think that was his intention. So let's not get the lynch squad out just yet, ok? Perhaps you should work on your wording a little next time?
Lol. Bubbles up.
Lol, just looked up his kill to death ratio in ranked gaming: 1.02. Yup, he sure is good at Halo 3. Lv3 Sarge at that. Sorry. Startin' to seem more like a publicity stunt than anything else.
Hey, one hit wonders gotta ride that five minutes of fame as long as they can.
I believe it was English that he was speaking. He was basically recapping a match he had between some people who got all excited he was in the room. Then one remembered he talked smack on youtube and tried to play him seriously. He whupped them (apparently). Now he wants to collaborate with MTV or YouTube to get some live matches recorded so he can prove his gamer godliness to the world. Then he ended it by trash talking Sony.
Yeah, that's your quick recap of what he said....
Sound just like PS3 fanboys complaining about SE. Don't hate on Bungie, hate on MS for pushing them to this in the first place.
Hmm, it could be a good game. The problem is, if it does shine, it will be in the story mode and most will just rent it for completion. I can't see this game getting an addictive multi (does it even have multi?).
A sixteen paragraph response. That has to be a record. Can anyone check on that for me?
The picture, is, well, hilarious! :D
