You are so right. Lots and lots of really bad stuff. Blizzard have hired good machinimaists in the past, and they are on this level of quality.

I know what you mean Illizit, and to all legal extents I do actually agree. This will probably make the botting less common though, and make it easier for Blizzard to stop botters.
Still, they should have won on other grounds. This guy has made a program that deliberately disturbs the balance of the game, impairing the service they provide to others for payment. That should not be legal. Claiming copyright infringement is another thing altogether.
I think that the grounds they sued on are a little skewed.
It isn't good fro ma copyright point of view. OTOH, the entire copyright system is really fuxed up anyway.
The implications are not funny though, but I still have trust in Blizzard, and getting a judgement against a bot operator will help them fight other bots.
I love the DS, it's usually even better quality gaming than for my other favourite, the old SNES ;)

This trailer is SO much cooler if you have seen Trollbane, the original. I think that DTB has made an awesome work on this short trailer, so another reason to look forward to 2009. Well, I look forward to SC2 more than anything in 2009, but that's a quite different league ;)

Swedish translation isn't so geographical as a neighbour either, basically love others like yourself. either way, WHERE in that does it say "harass others as you see fit"?!
