Xbox doesnt have generations any longer
Asian companies are no better than western companies. They both can make crap at times. They both can make gold at times.
4K/30 fps. Frame rate hasn't been a priority for devs for a long time.
Been on all day. US East.
@Cyborgg @DialgaMaine
Tbh, I don't care what you guys consider impressive. If a lot people here say a product is dead, that product continuing to sell 10s to 100s of thousands per month is still noteworthy for a so called dead product.
I think 500k is still impressive for a so called "dead" console.
It's not gonna be the standard because frame rate doesn't sell games. Graphics do.
Actually it'd be better for them to wait cause that would mean more power for a cheaper price.
It will last till the end of the generation. What kind of question is this?
I think he meant the only console.
@Bhai
Well then you'd have to explain how Mario, Zelda, Donkey, etc failed on the most powerful console at the time (Wii U). Those are some of the most iconic franchises of all time. Not to mention that they had; while limited, 3rd party support.
@capjacksparrow
The Wii U was more powerful than the PS3 and 360.
@ReBurn
Like I said before, there is no one advantage that guarantees you success. Nintendo has also had the strongest console (Wii U) and still failed. How is it that the most powerful console with the most iconic franchises in gaming fail? Cause their is no magic bullet to success.
I don't mind MTs as long as they aren't giving anyone an edge competitively. I couldn't care less if someone wants to buy more clothes for their avatar.
There is no one thing that makes a console successful. Even exclusives. Cause last I checked, the Wii had more exclusives than both the 360 and PS3. So power, exclusives, new tech, etc, doesn't guarantee you a win in the gaming industry.
Nobody's saying physical is going to disappear. It'll still be around. But in the coming years physical will be a lot less popular than digital. It's inevitable.
I don't know how old you are. But nearly every Xbox fan how is at least over the age of 21 has had a PS at some point in their lives. It was literally the only option for AAA 3D games before the Xbox came out.
Multiplayer games are also massively more popular on PS than single player games. Again, where are you pulling your information from.
Single player games are very successful on Xbox. Where are you pulling your information from?
So basically you haven't played any video games since the PS1/N64. That's the last time high frame rate was prioritized.
