When I think remastered game this is what I imagine. Very impressive to see an old classic game looking this good.

The main reason is money, if they could agree on that then it could be done, activision are not just going to give something away for free. Also would naughty dog and Sony want to spend their time improving a franchise they don't own and would only have limited rights too, I don't think so. Gaming is now big business.

If you take the style from vice city, the content from San Andreas and mix in the graphics from gtav that would be my dream version of gta.
52sec to load and then 8 secs of black screen so 1 min to load up, quite a long time.
Any decent pc built today aimed at gaming will have more than 8gb of ram (system ram + graphics card ram) so yeah it's not that overwhelming for developers in this day and age. 8gb is pretty much in line with what I would expect from a console considering even mobile devices are now pushing at the 2gb mark
If it's buggy then yes if it's not then probably no, until it's released we won't be able to tell.
Too much focus on the company name and not on the actual people who have made these games. Companies dont make games people make them, follow the developer trail and you see where it leads you.
With the focus on services we could see the next gen xbox or the gen after it being a purely streaming service with other vendors developing low cost devices to run it.
Even if they say this will be the last one after a few years Sony would reboot it, it's too big of a system seller and money maker to let it go.
Every new generation of cards brings the old ones price down, it might be a bit expensive at the moment but 2 years from now you could pick this card up at a good price.
Slow releases of new features is what I have come to expect from Sony, was same last gen so not much difference.
While the consoles battle over 900p and 1080p the PC continues it's push into 4k gaming territory.

If they add new content regularly post launch i can see myself playing this for quite a while.
@zerog If that was the case the ps5 would run so hot it would burn your face off just by glancing at it, the ps4 would burn a hole through your floor. Technology improves over time, things get cooler get over it.
Microsoft had been trying to jump into every possible bandwagon that passed buy, the xbox one reflected that. At least now it is getting back on track with some good decisions being made.
