Wow... how quickly this turned into a NGP vs 3DS battle. When will we learn...?
You might want to think about your surroundings when playing the game too. Playing a 3D game while moving or having other objects moving in your line of sight could effect you.
Yep the author said he wasn't prone to motion sickness either but used the reading in the car scenario as if it is norm for people to get sick while doing that. I have no issue reading while flying, riding or whatever. Doubt if the 3DS will be an issue for me.
Now a friend of mine had issues just playing FPS games... HE will more then likely have issues.
I am assuming it is more of a level/mission type add on with a major character being a part of the story plot? Sounds interesting to see what develops. Can't imagine it would be a playable character that EVERYONE would be downloading and playing at once.
They are exactly alike... the same way that Madden ripped off my Coleco Electric Football!!!
The saviour of Playstation (assuming by your name) is calling other people sheep. Classic...
Exactly... kind of like saying that the 3DS is basically just an updated Virtual Boy.
Wow... how quick for the bubble boys to jump in and comment.
There are numerous add on packs... and even discounted games that you can purchase for 400 MS points. Not to mention videos and music that can be downloaded.
And it stated "Tokens to download Points will expire on December 31, 2011. Once downloaded, promotional Points will expire on June 30, 2012"... meaning you need to download your tokens into points by Dec 2011 (close to a year) and...
"The term “display resolution” is usually used to mean pixel dimensions, the number of pixels in each dimension (e.g., 1920×1200), which does not tell anything about the resolution of the display on which the image is actually formed: resolution properly refers to the pixel density, the number of pixels per unit distance or area, not total number of pixels."
"In digital measurement, the display resolution would be given in pixels per inch."

It looks like you have already been playing a ballon popping game. lol

Another thought... I recall we used to have a VHS copy of Friday 13th III and it had 3D glasses that came with it.
The problem today might be that maybe many people assume they don't need to know anything to work at some companies? The younger generation working in a world they think they know. If they grew up in the world as it was progressing they might have a bit more incite into what really happened to get us where we are?

Uhhhmmm... MS being advertising pros? Are you alluding that Sony is not adept at advertising? Think about it... who actually should be the ADVERTISING pros here? The electronic giant or the media giant?
As for Kinetic being the best motion device on the market. Is it not? I don't even own it but can see from media and hands on displays that it has got something that others don't and has capablities of everything that the others migh...
I never said he HAD to apologize. I said he should apologize. Two different things. Doing the right thing is not always the first thing that pops into peoples minds.
As for the strawman fallacy I am assuming you are referring to it in that manner due to me over simplifying the insult?
A person or persons was offended and by his remarks made he condoned his own actions as being his crass way in attempts to slap at those he feels are sometimes "hypoc...
That is true... but freedom of speech works both ways. Any rebuttels to his speech are also on point.

Maybe not many words? But obvious words and phrases are what you would call instigators? And his word being one that usually can't even be said on television should give him a clue. And in his own words he KNOWS that he says things just to get reactions.
It might be who he is and he hasn't come to the reality that his persona is not appreciated by many? He needs to figure out what works best within his work and what is responsable in the pu...

Ha... too many parents have no clue what system their kids have now anyways. When I am at a game store I alwasy see a parent calling back to their kid... and watch them try to figure out the explanation between the more expensive CoD:black Ops and that tempting discounted CoD:MW2 game they want to purchase because it is cheaper.

"They WILL shift consoles." shift or switch the verbiage and phrasing is close enough to imply his intention. That people will choose to switch from playing their usual console and start playing the PS3 because of these games.
I have owned nearly ALL consoles (and I do mean nearly ALL) at one time or another. Given MANY away to those I felt needy. And gave up on those that I felt where lacking when I decided to lessen my footprint ...

Sadomasochists don't tire of things and still want it. They truly enjoy the pain and/or abusive behavior.
Not so obvious... the use of the word actually is to put people down for playing, acting or resembling a woman. In NO way is it a good thing.
In Jaffes use of the word he is using it to objectify women (which most of us guys do on a regular basis) we don't see anything wrong with it but that doesn't make it right.
Did he mean to insult women... I don't think so. Did he insult women? Yes... not all took offence but he did insult them. And we gu...
If you are talking about gaming machines then the percentage is probably not correct. But if you count all the computers in the world then I would say it is under estimated. Think of all the computers in the world and I would say the vast majority of them do not even have a good gaming compatible graphics card installed.
Majority of PCs are for business applications. Gaming is a small fraction of the PC business.
