Same in Korea and Philippines. What is new? Just need to know the people that can get a hold of things.

You want the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. I got a guy in Bupyeong that says I can get one next month if I wanted. Just need to know who to talk to about things.

I remember playing Gears of War about 2 weeks before anyone else had it... and I was in Qatar when I got it. (and it wasn't a copy either)

What are you trying to say? You can disable the armor in Reach too. Just make a custom game and turn the armor abilities off. Most of the original Halo maps have also been remade using Forge and are quite good.

The Halo:Reach experience will never meet the needs of the diehard fans that hate Reach.(I am not one of them) And the weapons, control and jumping is totally different from the first game. And from most of the other games following the first.

And some would say Sony HAD to do this due to the multiple lawsuits that arose after the hacking and data issue.

The main point of this update was consolidating all monetary transactions into an international base, and to setup a new required acceptance of TOS that tries to cover suits brought about by class action lawsuits.

@EVILDEAD360

For your information I was only stating the facts on the engines being used on what aspect of the game.

In no way was I saying that the original multiplayer Halo experience was better then the current. Actually I have been an advocate of Reach multiplayer and thoroughly enjoy the armor variations.

But at the same point MANY people hate the armor abilities and have gone out of their way to state that it has ruined the experience...

"More than half of you probably haven't even been there..." stop trying to up the percentage to look good... you know full well that it is likely that it is 98% of the people that haven't stepped foot in Canada. ;P

I thought they said that this was supposed to be one of the scariest RE games to date?

Just can't picture the reaction as the Zombies are attacking... "Eh, so, eh, what are we, eh, kill the hoser, eh, may I politely shoot him now , eh."

Many laptops boast a similar 5 hour life on their batteries while pushing a 17" screen and OS system use.

I expected Vita to surpass that mainly due to the fact of the screen size being incremental in power consumption while the size of the battery not as much. Battery size is a large factor but not as much as the size of the screen. And basically the Vita is built with one OS and function and Sony should be able to determine how well the operating system manages power ...

The multiplayer will feature the armor abilities that debuted in Halo: Reach. So don't expect the same experience as you would with a split screen Halo. In fact the multiplayer portion of Halo is rumored to be available to Reach owners without having to own Halo:CE HD, they simply will have the availability to download and play along side Halo:CE HD players in multiplayer.

They did not use the Reach engine for the campaign game. The Reach engine is just being used for the online multiplayer portion of the game.

Campaign runs with two game engines simultaneously: the original Halo: CE engine with a remastered graphics engine layered on top.

So what you are saying is that because you don't use it as a portable device that it doesn't matter. I am assuming that "...battery time doesn`t really matter." is for you and not the rest of the gaming community. Some of us want to be able to get a bit more then 3 - 5 hours out of a single charge.

People complain if cordless controllers don't have a battery life over 24 hours. We know we can just plug them back in after awhile but that doesn't seem...

What is up with the glitching in the video? At 4:03 he is zoomed in watching a character get hit and then skating backwards in an unnatural fashion. At 4:15 in the video you see a character walking backwards and ghosting through a brick wall. And these were just the WTF moments that caught my eye.

Are you saying she looks healthy? I am thinking she just walked off a street corner and is looking for her next fix.

And I am someone that loves skinny girls. She doesn't pull the look off well.

There is a reason that her chest is highlighted on this post instead of her face. She fit into the Addams Family well... and still does.

Not exactly... but if you opt into a class action lawsuits against Sony then they have the option to deny access to PSN.

But not seeing that as an issue because you can always create another account under another name... but hey then you loose those trophies.

But yea... they are sticking that thumb out in a threat to push it down and squeeze your head to see if you will scream mercy.

"Sony has reiterated that all of the services on PlayStation devices will be unchanged and that there will be no changes to prices or functionality."

So with that statement then why are people lauding this as something cool or Sony getting their act together? Didn't they basically say... they aren't changing anything?

It is about as cool as WWF changing to WWE.

@Zok

But the thought that Bluray or any other media format can slow piracy is faulty. For the format to be profitable it needs to be massively reproducible. Once the format goes into the market as writable then it becomes usable within the piracy world. The time it takes for pirates to adapt to a new media is negligible in terms of hacking. It is the software encryption that is the biggest stumbling block when it comes to piracy.

Bluray was in no way used to...

"...piracy killed the PSP." and yet the memory used by it was the Sony Memory Stick which also started out as proprietary.

So as soon as Sony starts using this new memory format in their other devices they loose their not hackable premise and it is just another devise waiting to be hacked.

I would have to disagree on your point of portability. I travel a lot. And I always have had issue with devices that have poor battery life.

If it took but a minute or two to fully charge a device then maybe not so much an issue. I find a quick plug and charge it up. But I am constantly in airports, stop over lounges and such... looking for an outlet so I can use my laptop, DVD, or gaming peripheral. And charging is NOT a quick matter.

Try being a military p...

What is the main point with the Vita though? Mobile game play. 5 hours is poor. The main reason I shop around with portable DVD players is due to battery life. My DVD player has 13hrs play time... why... because the whole point of portable is not having to plug it in to play it.

I want to be able to be on a plane, train, or automobile and be able to enjoy those long trips with my portable media device.
