Unfortunately Lionhead wouldn't be able to make those games. Bullfrog was purchased by EA then shut down. They own all the rights to those great titles and unless EA decides to put something out we won't see it happen.

My only fear about Windows 7 is what Microsoft is planning to do as far as licensing. I thought I'd heard that they were going to do some stupid payment thing. Does anyone know anything more about that?
You're correct. Nobody here will say that playing online isn't fun. What the article is suggesting is no single player game at all.
Co-op campaigns are ok. It's fun to play through a story with a friend but playing through a campaign by yourself at your whatever pace you want is important.
Oh yeah? Well if they made the next GTA PS3 only it would have 100% of the sales and the 360 would have none... so there :P
I want a future GTA. Give me GTA in a Sci-Fi universe in a fictional location.
There are a lot of people who don't want to play multiplayer games all the time. Bioshock is one of the best games I've played recently and there's no way you could have that same game in a multiplayer environment.
Well the chances of them simply knocking the dog unconscious are a lot better than actually killing it.

I tried playing CoD:WaW split screen with a friend. It made it too hard to see what was going on and who I was shooting at.
In the days of Golden Eye it was a lot easier as the levels weren't designed to be 256 shades of black. These days if you're going to make something split screen make it easy to identify what's on screen.
Eidos must think they can make Lara family friendly for the same reason Disney keeps hiring all those porn actresses...

You people blowing Sony like you were on their payroll are pathetic. I was playing games with 3D glasses for my Quantum3D Banshee video card back in 1999. If Sony thinks they're even close breaking new ground with this, you're high.

heh I had a launch 360 that ran perfectly. When I found out about the hdd installs with NXE last summer I traded it in on an Elite... which I had to trade in after 4 months due to a defective dvd drive. The replacement is doing fine though. :)

Sony? Get over it. People have been attempting to get gaming working with 3D displays, shutter glasses, etc since 3d cards first hit PCs.
