Laying horizontal, the disc version looks better. Vertical, digital is the way to go.

@Nodoze I mean the bf2 mode expanded into a full game at full price. As @CorndogBurglar said; new ships, new planets etc but all based on fighter combat in bf2.
The miles Morales mock up one doing the rounds is my fave so far. I'd buy that.
I think an expansion to the bf2 fighter mode is exactly what we are going to get.
I'm hoping for a more open game. I'd love to be able to pick my battles then call in a pelican and move on. Like calling a chopper in MGSV.

This is true. No problem with Sony fans bringing the fight here. It's a legitimate argument Microsoft need to address.
They won't listen. My advice? Let them enjoy their 30fps and you enjoy proper next gen @60.

Aside from this; I expect EA to bring a lot to the table this year. Theyve been as quiet as MS at the end of the 360 era. Wouldnt surprise me if they have a ton to show by now. I thinking bf6, star wars, sports and dragon age 4 as sure bets. Then Dead space & Black reboots as a surprise. (But I still want a Desert strike reboot). I predict nothing for us mass effect fans.
I don't see why PS fans still get drawn into these debates. Power has never been what makes a platform great - it's the games. If it was power then Switch wouldn't be constantly sold out all the time.

By default yeah. Because ps5 doesn't have a line up yet. Stupid article.
We (gamers) make up a significant but lesser percentage of console sales. Most gamers on here will go Sony because of exclusives or the joypad or just because they feel close to the brand. The average Joe's on the street will probably want ps5 at the moment but they will leave the store with the console they think offers the best value. Game pass is huge now.
Nothing Is definite right now. The july reveals will be a factor as will the value of services. A LOT will also come down ...

I think Phil Spencer forewarned us of this when he said the generational leap would be in different areas over than graphics this time.
The power is a unquestionable leap but maybe we've hit a ceiling in what can be achieved artistically at the moment. Unreal engine 5 and other new engines will bring the graphical leap in the coming years.
Until then, games will still feel better if frame rates are up. Then we have 4k, her and haptic feedback to enjoy as well. Sound desi...
