It's sensible. I'm personally just going to stick with my xb1x for Xbox games. Everything else ps5. That's the plan. Unless series X is WAY cheaper than ps5.

You are aware sony has their own fast i/o system new to ps5? It's not just a faster drive.
My point is if xbots want the win so badly then just let them have it. On paper the Xbox Series X is the better machine. Powers never been the focus for PS fans anyway. If it were we'd all get a pc instead. No, we're here for Ghost o tsushima, last of us, uncharted, Horizon, Ratchet, Days gone, the order 1886, God of war and so on.
