Did anyone play f.e.a.r. combat on pc? It was the most fun I've had with a shooter online...ever. Maybe it was just because it was the first FPS i played online? Does anyone else share these fond memories?
FEAR 2 is my #1 most anticipated title of 2009. RE5, GOW3, InFamous, KZ2 all look great, but fear was my favorite, fear 2 looks amazing. I just hope enough people buy it, so there is somebody to play online.
As an owner of all 3 consoles, PS3 is easily better than both 360 and wii. I'm really looking forward to this. I can honestly say that PixelJunkMonsters is one of my top5 favorite ps3 games. That is saying nothing bad about ps3, just that PJM is freakin' amazing. I don't expect this game to be better but if it offers similar gameplay, and offers even half the level of addiction...then bring it on.
This is stupid. Well I hope it is anyway, it would truly suck if I had to go to Microsoft for gaming needs, the 360 is garbage. Working in an electronics store I can definitely attest that 360 and Wii outsells the PS3 handily. But the main issue is price, and that PS3 doesn't have gears, halo or left4dead. In my opinion with a nice large price cut, things would change, but I understand them waiting. I truly don't care who outsells who, but life without PS3 would be very very sad.
that was pretty much awesome, having spent a fair amount of time in the LBP level editor, this had to require a lot of time and skill.
I think FEAR2 is probably my most anticipated title for the next 6 months. Don't get me wrong i can't wait to see Killzone and Resident Evil 5 but FEAR gives the things I love most from both games in one package. I really hope they don't screw this game up. I have been working on a level for over a week now and I'm very near completion. I'm kinda proud of it. I didn't copy off of anything except LBP itself, and didn't put in anything offensive. I'm just wondering if the level got deleted would it be deleted from just the server or would it completely cease to exist, because the latter would suck. This was one of my top 5 most anticipated games for 2008 before it got delayed. I really hope that the console versions of FEAR 2 are better than those of FEAR. The original on PC was one of my favorite games ever. It's good to see a trailer of some of the creepier aspects of the game, as opposed to the more action-oriented videos shown thus far.
I work at a video game store, and just today I held a copy of LBP in my hands it comes, I have already put it aside so I can pick it up on the 21st which is the day it goes on sale at our store. So...maybe it got delayed somewhere but I am getting mine on the 21st
Uh-oh now I have to sell my PS3. I didn't know soulja boy had a 360. I have modeled my entire existence off of soulja boy. I always try to ask myself before any important decisions, "What would soulja boy do?"
I will admit that there were moments where the graphics looked slightly dated, but it is still an utterly beautiful looking game. I've played it on xbox and PS3 is the difference is not that dramatic. If you canceled your pre-order just because of that screen shot, well...suit yourself, but I thoroughly enjoyed this on PS3, and will be getting upon release. It could be a lot worse, you could have gotten a 360 instead of a PS3...gross.

1. Mario is awesome, so is Ratchet, and Jak.
2. Yeah Spore sucked.
3. You are wrong. LBP will not disappoint; at least not where gameplay, graphics, innovation or community aspects are concerned. It may not be the new Mario and it may not be a best seller, but it will be uncontested game of the year. I'm in the beta now, and this game has exceeded my unreasonably high expectations.

I love my PS3 way more than my 360. I get outraged by people talking negatively about playstation and often can't resist retaliating. But in the end games are all that matter. Playstation games typically appeal to me more than 360, and I really don't like Microsoft as a company so my allegiance goes to sony by default, God knows they are far from perfect. But when a Left4Dead or Gears of War 2 comes out, there is no way I am letting something like brand preference get in the way of me enjoyin...
