They outsource their review to Brandon Tyrell ?...(just read his reviews on open critic.com, that should tell you all you need to know)
really ?
why isn't Ryan McCaffrey or someone else that's actually Central to IGN reviewing this game ?
Not only are his reviews all over the place, but this is the type of game he tends to hate to begin with, the whole structure of it... The majority of games that he reviews are jrpgs, and things that are more Central and C...
if you don't enjoy that style of game, fair enough, that's the solution(don't play it)
if you're not playing it because of how it's done or the way you perceive it's going to be done, as far as bad business practices, that's an entirely different issue...
Open World online games, where you have a steady stream, or that requires steady stream of content and ar...
Well my two cents is,
even if it isn't everything everybody wants, the way they wanted it,
as long as their approach to it is open up front and honest,
that is a really good start.
there were a lot of things about Destiny I didn't like(and a whole lot of things I did) but ultimately what turned me away from it and made me say enough is enough ?
The way everything was run through the game with the purpose of monetizing it.

You see this is it, talk about having an open mind and being rational.
the best-case scenario isn't For EA/ Activision/ bungie/respawn or anybody else to crumble and go away, that achieves and accomplishes nothing,
it's for them to make the best possible games they can make, and for these huge companies to change their practices, to learn what a bad idea is, and what won't work.
Them going to go back to trying to Foster support with community, ...
with the number of articles concerning this conference call lately,
it's looking more and more like it's a certainty... "Rooted in an important history" they've already done World War II recently, and they just did Black Ops... that doesn't leave any other options, it's either Mw4 or ghosts 2...
just don't really have that single piece of information that absolutely confirms it, yet... I expect the traditional,( within the next 90 days, I w...
Jesus Christ,
you really do have your head in the sand!? They just talked about streaming, where do you think there streaming from?
they don't use the term "cloud" because cloud is considered such a negative term, (because of Fanboys like yourself) so they just say "streaming" they know what words not to use, and how the "public" perceives it...
talk about one-sided View..
That's really the gist of it:
It's the media is who requests that. these guys aren't running around begging people to be interviewed,
I think it's more interviews for Xbox and Microsoft because of all the negativity towards them, as well has easier access. gaming sites know they can post anything about MS and you're going to get just as much clicks from the negative, as you will (and probably more so)than the positive stuff anybody has to say about Sony, ...
@archangelMike
"The latest bandwagon" 4MS huh?
is Black desert the latest bandwagon? Ashen, sea of thieves? they have one one battle royale game that they gave exclusive support to (that's now on PS4) they saw something and they supported it and took advantage of what they felt was going to be a strong trend.
It's funny because what he said is what I've been saying for the past three+ years:
you guys have 6-10 real exclusiv...
Panasonic's eneloop rechargable.
(AA, they come in Triple-A also)
4 batteries and a charger for 20 bucks.
I have bought for various reasons, both Duracell rechargeable and Energizer,
these make those out to be an absolute joke.
you may have to order them online,
I have owned first-party and third-party battery systems for both 360 and Xbox One, these are Far and away the best rechargeable batteries I have ever used...
People love to knock Microsoft and Xbox for some of their practices,
but to me the best example is Halo.
take a look at their star franchise,
Whether you love it or hate it,
look at the amount of support that it's gotten.
and they charge how much... $0.00
as much as I hate to acknowledge them, I give Activision more credit than I do them.
at least they purposely removed the campaign, and everybody knew what they were going to get up front with their game.
EA's solution was to move an unfinished game forward, to what they felt would be a better window for it, with 2/3 of their multiplayer component missing/unfinished?..
I say there's at least a seventy-five- 80% chance t...
What really stands out is how long the train's been rolling, of them going in the wrong direction.
They definitely look at their clientele/ customers, however they want to term it, as just a revenue stream.
they could not care less about anything else.
if it weren't for Madden and fifa,
I honestly think these guys wouldn't be afloat.
such a bloated company.
the greatest example with them,
(that so many peopl...
Hard to believe battlefield V it's part of the reason pubg isn't finding its footing, seeing as it's a bug riddled mess,
and that two-thirds/50% of the game content still aren't available.
which is the co-op mode, and...
TA-DA: the Battle Royal mode.
So explain to me how it is pubg is being bypassed, for Battle Royale mode that hasn't been released yet?
The same negative bias that helped to kill lawbreakers,(which,A: should have a released with bots to play.
and, B: should have released on Xbox instead of PlayStation)
the fact that it was on Xbox first(pubg) has garnered so much hatred for it, that it'll never be successful on PlayStation.
the different platforms definitely have different preferences, without a doubt.
but it's pretty obvious the PlayStatio...
