I'm shocked.
it's taken such a bad turn from what the fourth game was, used to love jumping into that, going to a different variety of maps and the way the players voted on the game mode/map, and all of that has changed for the worse.
I spent countless hours on gears 3 running through and leveling up going as far as I could, and was in the process of doing that on gears 4 and with 5 I think I've played maybe just under a dozen times, and I have no desire to go ba...
there it is.
bottom line, fix the game,
and then we'll see where it goes from there.
because underneath all the crap, there's a lot of us that think there's a really fun game in there, it just hasn't been realized yet.
the same with (the most recent example being) ghost recon breakpoint.
it's in a terrible state, but I love ghost recon.
I haven't purchased the game yet but if they fix it and correct all those things...
There's a lot of people that simply bought the game and would like to see it fixed,
and aren't defending anything,
other than trying to get my money's worth out of it and that there is a game in there that's fun to play, and I hope it sees fruition.
sorry if I don't want to be the negative, self-aggrandising crusader of the gaming industry.
There Are plenty of practices and things I don't support,
once I've spent money o...
All that being said, I do think it should be free of charge as far as fixes and updates.
saying that any and all content that
launches with it should be free is a bit
Of a tricky situation, I think it depends on how much content /what exactly were talking.
you can look at it from the point of view of destiny which had to be rebuilt, and/or the original division game,
they're entirely different beast and it was done in entirely different...
I think that's something the publishers and developers don't take into account as well,
when you're at the end of a console lifecycle most people that are fairly dedicated gamers (especially with this console generation, with the frequency and huge price drops that you get on so many titles at once both digitally and through things like Amazon) your average gamer probably has quite a backlog.
and not every title is going to sell well unless it's a huge highly...
I spent a hell of a lot of time in the division 2,
that game really has had me hooked and Co-op with a friend I've got something like 280 hours into it.
it's the most I think I've ever played any game of that style.
the content is there and it's engaging, it's a lot of fun...
But for every destiny or the division there's probably half a dozen anthem or fallout 76 games...
when they stop trying to drink your damn blood and...
If you have it on Game pass,
why would you be purchasing it ?
The exclusive deal we got ... ?
I got upgraded to Game pass and now have it for 35 more months for free/ the same price I would have paid just to have Xbox live...
3 years from now, do you think I'll actually care to own the game? what do you think...(at that point I can probably pick it up Max at the 10 to $15 range)
your statement doesn't make sense,
Unless your just c...
It's nice to come home from work (and it's become a habit at this point)
to just scroll over and see what's been updated before I get on, most games will let you know in-game,
but if I don't know what the update is I can just Google real quick see what the latest updates are and I know what I can expect b4 I start.
it's great.
Just went to play shadow of the tomb raider and it's telling me update already installed... I guess "th...
That's the point, in and of itself, 10's.
For a game that even the high rating review people are saying has problems with an uninteresting gameplay loop, is not fun, and is tedious. boring. and a walking Sim as it's been called many times.
and it manages to score tens?
I'm reading harsh criticisms that they give to other games, that they turn around and give it 6 1/2 and 7 to, and then they're giving it nines and tens that's the problem.
@meganick, it was on original Xbox I believe it was called Terminator dawn of fate, it was a very difficult game but it was quite good especially for the time
To date I've only played one of his games, but it's obvious that he's quite gifted and a visionary.
I don't think his latest offering has worked out for the best, (so far) but a lot of his work seems to have been polarizing.
I'm by no means a huge kojima fan at all, but I think he's (easily said) a lot more in the positive that he is the negative.
I'm one of those people that will be the first to kick a rock at cliffy b, but the man...
What I'm reading about the film,
I don't think anybody's too interested in the game...
Actually take a well-done Terminator game but they've only made one.
Not sure what country you live in,
but go ahead and try disrespecting the company that you work for repeatedly and openly on social media, and see what the consequences of that are...
By all means, please.
@rainslacker,
So let's just go ahead and ignore the high scores, and then the associated-> words written with them<- where the first thing out of their mouth is again how boring, how tedious, how much of a slog it is, that it's nothing but delivery quests and an inventory management Sim, the fact that it's "not fun"(PlayStation lifestyle who gave it a 95) so give me a break,
you got a big jug of the Kool-Aid right next to you buddy,
Diffe...
I think it's just denial,
a lot of it,
when so many different sites are citing the same thing,
as far as negatives and that that it's boring tedious arduous and unfun,
and that's what's really got people up in arms.
it's not the scores, its refusal to believe what a couple of different sites are saying about it behind that, that it's not a fun game.
And nobody wants to believe that,
every in-depth rev...
