Me to! I even liked that Ridge Racer than went down the more NFS route (can't think of the name now). Split Second was one of the greatest of all time. That game was brilliant except for the rubber banding AI. It's a shame Disney closed them down.
Developers should also bring back arcade racers too. I miss fun in racing games. Yes Sims are great at what they do but I want chases, I want to smash people off the road. Everything is to serious now when it comes to racers
They've dropped it altogether for MWII. They are adding DMZ which is a spin on Escape from Tarkov instead.
The reveal is set for 8th June but it won't be shown at MS presentation. Sony still have contractual marketing rights at the moment.
Just because a game features zombies you cannot compare Dying Light to Plants Vs Zombies or Resident Evil to zombies ate my neighbours. They all play completely different.
Do you feel the same about military, aliens, orcs and elves too?
@Stark and what about the abysmal state F3, Skyrim (that has a billion versions and still a mess) F4 are and are still in? People need to stop defending Bethesda whilst criticising other studios for having bad graphics, poor voice acting, terrible animations and mundane gameplay, all these being rife in Bethesda's games but get praised and awarded GOTY.
Bethesda have great studios behind them. Bethesda softworks ain't one of them.
Such as?
Same. I know it's a bit selfish cause I do have a PS5 but but so far apart from R&C and The Matrix tech demo, it doesn't feel like next gen has started yet. Nothing apart from those two games have wowed me to the point of thinking this is next gen
It still amazes me how MGS4, the last great MGS games (MGSVs open world and lack of plot outside of tapes did nothing for me) is still locked on PS3 outside of streaming via now. Konami are sitting on a goldmine. I wish Sony could somehow acquire the rights
@Snarky it's got nothing to do with being a Sony fanboy. Bloodborne was my fave from software game and I don't like open world's meaning ER probably ain't for me.
Maybe, stop being a twat on comment sections
It's the only From Software game that I loved to the point of completion. Elden Ring lost me with the open world. I'm so bored of them. So many franchises have been ruined by forcing the open world aspect. I'm not saying ER is ruined because of the open world, it's just not for me personally.
As a PS fanboy I will not be buying into this. The library for PS Now was dreadful. Was to many filler games. I think people are going to be in for a rude awakening if they are expecting anything different lol
It's not about who does it first, it's about who does it better. As a bit of a PS fanboy, MS is doing alot better when to comes to a game pass style of subscription. PS Now is shit and I was hoping this announcement would be a big overhaul of the service but by the sound of it, it's not.
I'll be sticking to regular PS Plus and hopefully the backlash this is receiving all over the internet will finally give Jim Ryans head a wobble. His desions lately have be...
Fortnite does I believe? Don't quote me but Im sure one if my mates said he pays a sub for his kid.
Edit: It's called Fortnite Crew apprently
@Lord Bethesda clean up their act? FO (minus 76 which still had hundreds off issues the mainline games have) and ES win game of the year anyway despite being in the terrible states they're in. If any other company release a game with half of the issues Bethesda's do they are scrutinized for it.
Sony have mastered the third person action adventure genre although I am getting burned out by open world games but thats a industry problem not Sonys. I would like to see some more diverse multiplayer games again from them like the PS3 era.
Warhawk, Killzone 2, TLOU Factions, Uncharted 2 MP, Resistance 2 coop, MAG, Socom, Motorstorm etc were all unique takes on MP gaming at the time. I wouldn't mind some more of that.
Man I wish arcade racers would make a comeback. Racing games have become so boring if you're not into SIM or semi-Sims. That isn't discrediting SIMs, I'd just rather get chased by police, ram people off the road, drift at impossible speeds. The Crew 2 and NFS are just a bit average at best.
Yes because no hardware fails just because yours didn't... /S
The springs in the triggers of the PS5 controller have been a talking point since launch but was overshadowed by the stick drift issue. Sony addressing the issue is a great news and if it was never a issue they would have never of changed them.
It's their game that they've created. They aren't the spoiled brat. The brat are the gamers who complain all the time because a feature was never part of the developers original vision.
This is the only Tekken game I've never bought. I refuse to buy any fighting game that sells multiple season passes with fighters we used to unlock for playing the game for free until the complete version comes out later down the line. Luckily Tekken 7 with all its DLC is usually on offer a lot now
