As FoxTrot said, anyone with a brain would look like a genius after Microsoft's disastrous start. He didn't really do anything amazing.

What exclusive has been mind blowing? SO the only great one.
No one said their past accomplishments make a buggy game acceptable. But one bugged game in a long history of success certainly doesn't make them a joke of a company.
