I certainly agree with all of these, except the GamePad battery issue. I got the deluxe system, so I just dock it after each use.
The 3rd party thing isn't really an issue for me since I have a PS4 too, but surely this is an issue if it is your only system.
The controller issue is annoying as well, I noted this before. You have to buy an extra remote and nunchuk in order to play the whole library. That is just for single-player.

Why would retailers continue to offer deals? There is no incentive for them to see an Xbone over a PS4.
