I'm almost certain it's gta and if you want to make uneducated speculation be my guest, but there is no reason to believe otherwise or hard evidence to support your claim. Devs push graphics over frame rate, if they can squeeze more into graphics by limiting to 30 FPS they will, as proven time and again.
I would be shocked if gta doesn't release this gen. If not it would mark the first time since rockstar started making games a new iteration of gta did not release in a consoles cycle.

I love my switch but please don't defend not having backups, that's just stupid. What if you get internal hardware failure? Every high end piece of technology that releases these days has some form of backup ability. This should be no different.
