@mark the reason is the new controllers have up to date software, which also be obtained through an update.
Plug your controller in via USB to the console, apply update to the controller and problem is solved. I had your same issues but did this and it's been fine for a couple of years now
How does it play when the internet is out, I mean I see the benefits to streaming but why not offer an option to download and be able to play off line for a few days

Because it's COD and it has been in the game for over a decade.
It's not critical in the sense that it must be in the game, but it's omission is a multi-player game changer and should make things far more tactical.

It's become such a "thing" to hate on destiny. It's mostly people following the masses because they lack cognitive thought to reason for themselves. It's a sequel, almost all details resemble the first entry in a big way, otherwise it would be a straight up REBOOT. The ignorance of some are overwhelming.

Since when was a sequel to game not a 1.5 version of the first. I don't know what people are expecting but it's a sequel to an established successful game, not a new game.

How many games carry over progress and items to the sequel. If the only reason you bought the game was because you thought all of your gear would carry over, well that was dumb. They only stated your guardian would be with you through the adventure not gear

@tyler the reason resolution was downplayed was because the 900p v 1080p was being thrown in faces constantly, and Xbox gamers were throwing out the no games. Now both sides have traded arguments.
3 years ago it was all about power, so don't pretend it wasn't. All fanboys keep shifting goalposts to justify their childish arguments. BUT Xbox needs to make a strong showing of games, there is no doubt about that.
