The question has been asked many times and I think it's something everybody knows the answer to already.
If you have upgraded from one generation to a newer one, then you know the possibilities of what can be brought into a game opens up. For example, making a leap from the 2D era to 3D, how was that possible? With new hardware and it will always be like that. New hardware doesn't just mean a graphical improvement, it means the large leaps from A to B in physics, A.I....
Microsoft knew it was PS4 gameplay and they used it for their benefit. Too many similar events have happened, for example, advertising Xbox One with a screenshot of Killzone: Shadowfall, lying that Battlefield 4 was going to be played on an actual Xbox One at PAX. (or was it Gamescom, forgot but it was really played on PC) It's the truth and there's going to be a small group of blind people always denying it.
Xbox One version of Watch Dogs must either be worse or brok...
The main thing that needs to be said is that those people internet bullying cannot cause any harm to you physically because those people don't know where you live or who you are. Of course, it's annoying and in some forms a bunch of taunts to make you mad for their pleasure of feeling greater than you...but you have to realize who you really are, only the people that truly know you is yourself and the people close to you. If you're playing online or typing on the internet and some...
Microsoft should of taken Valve's road and focus on PC first then make their way into consoles much later. They most likely wouldn't be in this position right now and would of gave themselves more room to build a strong OS for gaming and the general. Microsoft owns a large portion of shares when it comes to operating systems and if they built upon that, they could of had PC gaming all to themselves. The plan would be to partner up with Valve and work with them throughout the years but...
@Sitdown
PS4 at the moment can display almost 50% more pixels than the Xbox One. And if it's like Battlefield 4 for example where it's not 50% more, it has more visual settings turned on. EA confirmed Xbox One is missing visuals like ambient occlussion. And we seen it is missing anti-aliasing also, the reason why...tests have shown Xbox One has a lower frame rate than PS4 even with these settings turned off.
I won't say you should look at Killzone...
Adam Sessler is a hypocrite, an actual fanboy disguised as the "unbiased hero" to the gaming community. This goes back before the resolution contradiction, even in the G4TV days he has shown more favor for the Xbox. (his Uncharted 3 review, picking on the smallest things to give it a lower score than Gears 3.) Then you have the PS4 not being able to record gameplay rumor that he blew up to make it look like it's true. And when he didn't get a free PS4, he said that people sh...
I remember when Logic used to try to burn Playstation supporters and fanboys left and right and get a lot of disagrees for it. But it's good you're finally seeing what's been happening with Microsoft hiding the facts and never admitting that they have made many mistakes. Like a previous commentator has said, it's not a win for Sony or anything...it's a win for you and the future of the gaming industry. We have to stop putting up with all the lies and misdirection, we'r...
It wasn't surprising that the game would be all visuals and lack great gameplay and substance because it's Crytek. Most of the time, all you do is repeat slashes and watch executions. As stated in this article and many others, it's really a QTE fest with great visuals and that's it. Not even a unique story, they said it's cliche and has been done before.
That's crazy, they must be getting ready for that server overload on the 15th and changing up the store layout for the welcoming of the PS4.
@XboxFun
Are you talking about Polygon? The same people that admitted they got payed $750,000 by MS and gave every PS3 exclusive anything lower than an 8?
I read Game Informer and they seem to come out fair than a lot of reviewers and point out all the flaws in a game. Like TLOU's bad A.I. with Ellie at some points of the game. And I can guarantee Ryse is going to be one of those games that you'll play it once just to see it's visuals and not try ...
The game isn't even graphically amazing and it's running at 720p... lol I truly understand the 30fps because there's a lot of zombies on the screen but it should definitely be running at least 900p if you're going to be giving the excuse of no loading screens. And the "so much shii on one screen" doesn't even apply because that's up to the CPU also to process that.
You also got the use of the magical cloud that the Xbots here seem to not brin...
It has been stated throughout the months that the gameplay needs a lot of work. Delaying the game would of been the best choice but I guess Microsoft decided to rush the game to make themselves look like they have more exclusives for next gen than Sony.
The main problem why Ryse is still being released with awful or mediocre gameplay to some is because the Xbots will still buy it. I mean, notice the comments above, look who's in denial and I respect the people buying an X...
This is the nail in the coffin to prove to the CoD fanboys that the franchise is all copy and paste since the beginning. Only the blind would deny that this isn't using the exact same animations from a game 3 years ago.
I mean, if you love the gameplay, cool, but realize that you're paying a full $60 bucks for the same game every year with very few modifications. My advice, just buy it used at $20-30 down the line cause buying it new means you're agreeing that the...
I'm not surprised...all they have to do is reuse the same textures, add new zebra A.I.,a few new perks, and bring back MW2 quick scoping and they're done. The little kids will still buy into the scheme and the developers know this. It's a poison to developers that always try to be original and creative but CoD's high popularity won't last long next gen.
Even if they reshape the engine completely, that new engine will be used in 10 new CoDs. Be intelligent ...
I expect it to happen in one month after launch before Xmas. Microsoft will claim that the Xbox One is doing better than Sony's PS4 in one way or another. Like for example, our UI is much more better, or our profits are amazing even with the $500 price tag. The one that's going to make me laugh is that if they compare worlwide sales against PS4 sales in the US. It's inevitable since they have stated pre-order numbers are the same as the PS4's. Only an Xbox fanboy would believe...
1080p native will always be better than 720p native, there's nothing that should be said to convince otherwise.
By that logic, if a console can output a higher resolution then that also supports the fact that the console has better hardware.
It's important to know because it depicts which console is more powerful and will show better graphics during the long run.
The resolution difference are early signs of knowing which console will...
lol Funny thing is that all CoDs are using the same engine with a few modifications every time so the ESRAM must be a big bottleneck than last gen if it can't run it at 1080p native easily...especially since the game looks similar to this gen's graphics. Even games that maxes out the PS3's graphics looks better than CoD: Ghosts next gen, so there shouldn't be a reason why it's not running at native 1080p with 60fps.
Working on the PS4 is as easy as creatin...
@PawnSacrifice
The growth in graphics goes with both consoles, not just the Xbox consoles. Of course the Xbox One will see growth, but so will the PS4. I'm sure the Xbox One will run games at 1080p native soon but in return they have to sacrifice visual effects to do so. On the PS4, it will be able to gain extra visual effects and maintain a higher resolution or lower the resolution of the game to add more effects. (Less sharper but have much better lighting or something like that...
@Real_gamer
You just brought up something from nothing.
I guess that means that deep inside you, you actually do love Playstation but hate to admit it for no reason.
Unless that's wrong, then your logic is wrong. And most likely everything you have said is also wrong.
Any chance you're actually ALLWRONG hiding in a different account?
Yea, targeted and personal abuse on the internet is the worse...especially when they can spread your info or mistakes on the internet and everybody knows. But it's really knowing yourself, if you can take a joke or not, or value privacy. If privacy is valued then don't leave your information right in the open where everyone can see, make it private or just become someone anonymous. They can't pick on you if there's no way to contact you or no way to extract personal info from ...
