I agree, GameInformer's reviews are respectable, they outline the positives and the flaws very well. But the score given isn't something that should be taken into consideration since there aren't rules that are given to tell you why you should take a point off. It's really up to you to analyze and see if the positives overcome the negatives because no game is perfect and if the core of the game can grasp your attention throughout the experience, then...
A 6 is slightly above average, how is this a troll review? I think the problem nowadays is that people are made to think that 7 is average and 8 is good. 5 is an average, "really hate it or love it" type of game, depends on your tastes.
If you like the concept of killing dozens of zombies at one time and going reckless, then you already love the game. Don't let a 6 make you think it's less than average, it all depends on you. Anything lower than a 5 are gam...
People will always have different opinions. If you find a game interesting, you play it. Killzone: Shadowfall and Knack are still enjoyable games despite the ugly reviews they got and this game will be the same and every upcoming one. That's why I stopped trusting reviews and just judge myself from the main concept of it.
The guy is funny and blind...the second quote doesn't exist and it wasn't till July 2007 that Microsoft acknowledged the RROD and didn't do anything till 2008.
Here's the article posted Nov 2008 finally doing something about the RROD

When someone disagrees something that has great logic and very common sense, those people are brainwashed to believe that their opinion is flawless with no holes in their understanding. In their mind they only spoke it because they're afraid to be wrong, that they have to live with that mistake, to me, that's being weak minded not to accept that you're wrong for once.
Right here, you have Sony trying to find a way to remedy the problems so they persist in less fre...

"Console gens used to last 2-3 years"
NA releases by generation
NES: 1985
SNES: 1991
PS1: 1995 / N64: 1996
PS2: 2000 / GameCube: 2001 / Xbox: 2001
Xbox 360: 2005 /PS3: 2006 / Wii: 2006
6, 4, 5, and 5 years in between.
Your comment has just become invalid...you don't know what you're talking about.
Since Xbox 360 lacked many exclusives, Microsoft has to build on that this generation while Sony has studios from last gen (PS3) working on games for this gen right now. Not only is the PS4 going to be ahead in exclusives again in the coming few years but you'll also be paying less for a more powerful consoles. More games and a much more powerful console, what else do you want as a hardcore/dedicated gamer? There's a lot of reasons for getting a PS4, most of it is because we know Sony...
lol It's not surprising. Since I signed up on N4G, out of Sony fans and Xbox fans, the Xbox fans have so many ridiculous contradictions. Saying the Xbox One being more powerful but the comparisions say different then they say graphics don't matter. How much you bet he's going to contradict himself again once Xbox One sales numbers come out? It's ridiculous, it's like Adam Sessler and his damage control showed what being an Xbox fanboy is about...contradicting yourself to j...
"I bought one of those million however I don't congratulate corporations who are just out to get my money. They are doing what they do, no need for cheering."
lol I don't know why you have to be bitter, they made the PS4 how the gamers wanted it and in return, we give them our cash. Of course they do it for the money, but it's not as easy as you think. As long as we get what we want out of it, we're satisfied and we give them our thanks and our money...
Had PS2, Gamecube and the Xbox...and I understand what you mean, the Gamecube did stand out in it's way with it's great Nintendo exclusives. (Metroid Prime 1 and 2, LoZ: Twilight Princess, Pikmin, Smash Bros. Melee, etc.)
Those were the days, but to me the PS2 was the place to go for brand new IPs and loved the exclusives it had...I mean the list was crazy.

The guy thinks the launch games are the only games a next gen console offers. lol I can spot an attention seeking fool easily with idiotic comments like that.
PS3 was also manufactured by Foxconn but didn't have a high failure rate like Xbox 360.

It wasn't Foxconn but the GPU during that RROD fiasco.

Even with PC being the main platform BF4 is being designed on...it still had reports of the game crashing. The game probably got rushed to stay competitive with Ghosts in sales. It's something a patch could fix but EA needs to give DICE more time to optimize their game next time. It gives them a bad view which results in less sales for the next game in this amazing franchise.
lol Sony designed the layout and chose the pieces, Foxconn puts the pieces together. If it's a software problem that causes the bricks, fine, that's Sony but if the system won't start or display anything because of defected/faulty hardware or bad placement then that's on the manufacturer.
Very well designed and slick. Love the colors they used and the skull design would make people ask if they can see it up close. Definitely representative of the MGS style.
Damn...I want one now. =p
All of the things stated in the article we already know already.
Of course there will be launch problems like any other console since 2005 but the Xbox One's launch problems are unknown at this current point in time.
Save yourself a click and wait till the 22nd.
Apparently, every time a PS4 gets bricked, devilwillcry's alarm sounds off, he does mathematics, science experiments, and then he knows exactly the number of PS4s that got bricked.
Man, stop fooling yourself, the PS4 bricking is in a small percentage. It's happening, there's no denying about that, but if it was happening in a large quantity, N4G and many other websites would blow up about it. Bricking and having bugs are two different things. You must be one of th...
I got this feeling Microsoft sent him a free Xbox One with a lot of other goodies and a note that says, "you know what to do." lol
Hopefully most of these problems can be fixed through a patch. No console or game launch is flawless since 2005 but if it's fixable through a patch then it won't be long till Sony takes notice and makes it a priority to fix the bugs.
Major Nelson, lol the guy is still waiting for game comparisons on how the PS4 version of games looks better when the proof is everywhere now.
Remote play isn't something that should be used more than using the TV. It's there so you can still game when your TV isn't available for use. It's there so when you're not at home and you have the urge to progress in a game or knock a couple minutes out, you can use the feature. Maybe you're at your friend'...
