Now I'm not sure about these games as I don't play FPS, as in most games like these you play as an americian special forces and go kill the enemies, and the enemy being from another country whether they be terrorists or not, I wonder how a game for example you play as a japanese attacking peal harbour(maybe there is one) how that would fair with americians? just what i was thinking, last game i bought for pc i couldnt play because it required my pc to be online, yet i done have internet even offered where i live. there are a few games i bought i couldnt play for that reason.
at least with a console i buy the game, throw it in and it plays.

thats why in my opinion pcs have gone to sh*t, i used to game on my all the time. now it collects dust unless i play some of my old games. i know if i ever what to play another pc game, instead of buying it and not being able to play it. i will likely pirate.

Could I just play with the pro controller for Wii U games as every time I'm out I try the gamepad and just don't like it, it's the reason I haven't bought it yet. :-(
And is it hard to set the Wii motes up to the Wii U? I know it was a pain for me to set a Wii mote up to another Wii that was in the house as I had to go and unplug the 1st Wii so the second Wii would connect with the Wii mote

I learned something from this article, you will need 3 different types of controllers to play every game offered on the Wii U, a motion control for Wii games, the gamepad and the pro controller for the Wii U games.

Wouldn't you have to sign into steam 1st(as my games want me to connect) my problem is Internet is not offered where I life so, cant really install a program from online, also can't really play the games I bought cause I have to be online, like I had to cancel my preorder for sim city.. Cause you must be online to play and I can't get online without the Internet, and can't get the internet if it's not offered in my area. I drive 30mins to tim hortons or 67km to my girlfrie...
to be honest i the pc gaming is worst than console gaming, for the simple fact that the last few games i have bought i cant play, cant say the same for consoles.

Doesn't the hardware go dollar for euro the way software does, like a new release is 59.99 in americian and the same game is 59.99 in euro, are systems not handled the same way? like the wiiU(32gb) is 349.99 in americian is it not 349.99 euro?

The specs mean nothing to me, what matter to me are
1. do I require an Internet (as Internet is not offered in my area where I live)
2. can I play last gen games?
3. Are the new systems going to focus on kinect/move (as I don't like those)
4. Are they going the "gamepad" controller way( don't like it for nintendo,not going to like it for others
5. Can it play my blurays(I have over 150, and I only have a ps3 that can play them...

wow i cant believe some of these comments i have read, i dont know here they are from but its likely they are not from Canada. i wonder what some of these people would think if they found out that Canada hosts gay pride parade in most of are major cities. i have a couple friends who like to walk in it, and i have walked in it to support my friends and im straight. you know my friends dont hold that against me.
Yup exactly, once one of my friends own it, you can be sure I'll be over checking it out. As I do know that there is more features than what I can use at bestbuy, and those features might be what it takes me to get one. Thing is I'm the one who dives in 1st and my friends follow, but we will wait and see
To be honest I like Mario and Zelda, what I dont like is the gamepad, I make it a point to enter bestbuy when ever I am close and give it another shot, been there 3 times this month already. I'm not sure what it is about the gamepad. I now know the guys by 1st name at best buy and they joke around if today will be the day. My rule of thumb is "if you don't love it in the store, your not going to love it at home" so it sits at best buy until the next time I'm in the area....
I always see cryisis 2 at stores for 10bucks is it worth it? I would only ever play single player btw.
