I actually own 3 ps3's and I would've done the same thing I did with my ps2's(had 3 of those to) which is donate them to group homes or to the hospital for sick kids, which is called the IWK here in nova scotia
I'm disappointed in the ps4 in someways, as all these features with gaikai are great don't get me wrong and even if I bought a ps4 day 1, gaikai doesn't do anything for me as I don't have Internet offered in my area, and so the "share button" will do nothing for me. AC3/ACL are my fav as they added so much, climbing trees,use any weapon to assassinate,etc, but i didnt like the story of connor, but i want more of aveline, her story was awesome like ezio

I bought my vita for ACL and it's the only vita game I own. yet the cost of the vita was worth every penny for that title. I'm waiting for P4G to go on sale and that will be my next game. 29.99 is the magic price for me. As I've grab tons of 360/ps3 games @ that price, that I haven't played yet due to the big backlog. Lol even if I've never heard of the game, if I see it for 29.99 and I own the system, I buy it.
I was going to preorder a ps4 until I found out that it's only BC when used with Gaikai, tbh it's the reason why I had a ps2/ps3 on day 1 or I could've waited until a price drop, which looks like what I'm doing with the ps4 as it won't play my ps3 discs.
ive only used my psp and vita at home, no where else but i do enjoy hooking my psp up to the tv, for some tactics ogre. not being able to hook my vita up to the tv is only down side to the vita in my opinion.

i only got room for 3 systems by my main tv, its set up like this ATM, 360,ps3,wii.. in the future i want it set up like this 720,ps4,wii u.
there is no room, im not going to have my ps3 sit on the floor, i would like to put it in my attic with my other systems. (xbox,ps1,ps2,n64,snes,etc)
if the ps4 doesnt have BC in the hardware, i wont buy it launch, as i have a pretty big backlog of ps3 games with more coming out this year.

backwards compatibility is important to me. my main reason is i have always donated my older gen systems to group homes and hospitals, like when the ps2 came out i gave away my ps1, etc i also gave a few E rated games along with the systems as well and for that reason backwards compatibility is a deal breaker for me.
