Being the owner of a high-end PC, Wii, DS, PSP, PS3 and other gadgets I think that having a good choice keeps your gaming mind open. I know I join in on the fanboi stuff from time to time but it's really just for a laugh, if the 360 ever gets reliable then I'll run out and get one straight away but I think I have a good set-up as it is. PS3/PC is probably the most versatile way to got at the moment.

If any problem is solvable then why does his technology not work? Maybe he should focus on the people his company has upset through shoddy products before trying to be the second coming. It just shows that if you have enough money even the most level headed of us turn into w*nkers.

I had a launch PS3 and after moving house it kinda died (curse you removal men) but Sony were more than happy to find me an old model to replace it, even though the guarantee was out by a year. That took two weeks and it was easy, painless and they were friendly the whole way through it. It sounds like this guy just pulled the short straw.
If all you have is a Wii then this will be great news, I just hope they do a good job incorporating in the controls. When I re-bought Bully for my Wii I got a bit frustrated with the controls so I think it's paramount that they get this right.
Also, when Dead space was released there was exclusive DLC for each system, they should do the same again for the Wii version.
I keep my phone in my jeans next to my happy sack, maybe it's time I just kept it in a man-bag or something.

The only problem I have with this is how it works in reversal, for example, my cousin (7years old) is allowed to play games like CoD and as a result he wants to join the army when he grows up. Unfortunately his mother is one of those ignorant parents who don't "get" the age rating system on the cover of games because "games are for kids" and is allowing him to brainwash himself into the glory of war.
As it stands I think games like CoD have a desensitizing effect ...
I must admit, I get a little p*ssed off with devs n' companies re-releasing the same garbage over and over again but this is just a tad extreme. He'll probably get a slap on the wrist and told to calm down and go home though.

I have a PSP slim & lite! All I'm saying is, it's still a bit bulky. No need to take it personally man.

I'd really like to see the PSP get an over-haul. The one I have at the moment is great for car trips n' stuff but still too bulky for me to want to carry around with me, if they could make it a bit more pocket friendly (and get rid of that damn nub) I'd be happy.
Maybe if it had a main outer-casing (with the buttons on) that an ipoddy type bit could detach from so you could slink it into your pocket if you only wanted to listen to tunes or something would be quite useful.
That it's coming to an end, surely EVERYBODY and their granny must have one in their house by now. It's a simple case of 'demand has been met' but I don't think it means the end for the Wii as a product, after all, petrol companies don't have to sell cars to stay in business. It just means the devs are gonna have to pull their finger out to keep the public (and gamer's) interest.

I do think the Wii is in need of some decent games, I think the devs just kinda let the Wii do it's thing (sell it's self) got lazy an' started putting out junk, knowing full well that some of those millions of people that bought one would find their game and give it a shot. We need more things like World of Goo and Mad World to push what the Wii does best, simple, pick-up-and-play games that compliment it's graphical abilities.
I'm sure it didn't sell 2:1, but if it did I'm certian that's a knock-on effect from the 360's slight case of death by fire/melting. I'm trying not to be rude here but I think your just making stuff up for the sake of it.

Sorry but the 360's still too expensive for the risk it holds for me. If I had a 360, I'd want it to be on par with my PS3 so I'd need a few extras to go with my new console. Lets break it down:
New 360 arcade (cheapest shop price) £127.19
I'd need it with WiFi due to my living room set up so I'd need a wireless network add-on that's £58.69.
Then I'd like a gold live account, that's £38.99.
I'd like to save my games too so a hard drive is £87.99...
Where does it say that chart is for Japan only? I looked but I can't see anything that suggests that, I'm not being arrogant I honestly don't see that info, but if your right then yeah, that's VERY good for the 360 in Japan.

I too can remember the days of freely sharing each other's systems, it was almost the opposite in those days. We would go round to each other's houses to check out the best games on each computer and wish we could play them at home on our own machine, and even then we would happily tell our friends how impressed we were with each others system. There were times people would say dumb stuff about the ZX being better than the C64, but there was always an unobtainable ultimate: the Arcade.
