This game was one of the only games o played start to finish in one sit in.
I got a copy for pc. Got 70% through the game. Thought I needed a break, turned it off then turned it right back on and finished it.
Was a gripping story, graphics were amazing, everything felt thrilling. Surprised we didn't get a 4th in the series.
I'm unsure where they could go. A second elden ring would be great. But the original game is massive that you may get open world fatigue if you release another one so soon (within 2 years).
Maybe go back to another dark souls, or a slightly linier style game before gifting us a sequel to elden ring.
Dlc for sure is welcome, I still have a couple of zones left in my first play through, I only have 60-70 hours saved (but I've spent more than that ...
Because of the price drop and the way they managed the ambassador program I dislike Nintendo.
I got a 3ds day it came out. It was cool but pretty bad for games. They released the 10 titles or what ever it was. I sold my 3ds not long after and turns out the ambassador games aren't tied to your digital account but were tied to the console.
Nintendo has been so outdated at times it's unreal.

This game has the best explore to reward scheme ever. I can't believe how you stumble across a small cave and there is a secret door and it turns into a dungeon that takes hours to complete.
I've only had one area I didn't like and that is the zone after the first boss with the swamp. It felt lack luster in design, big swamp, trees and not much else for a good while. Rest of the game has been great.

Sadly outriders was just a rubbish game, I tried the beta and felt it copied more of a rushed free 2 play game than anything else. Boring gameplay, run and gun with loot. No end game from what I heard.

I have zero hope on Sony pulling something amazing. They have been trash with ps now when it first came to market. There was a leaked paper showing different tiers of ps+ with game streaming, free monthly games etc.
I wouldn't hold my breath that Sony could even Match gamepass, or if they even need to.

With elden ring, the open world feels rewarding to the xp per mob, or finding secrets that reward weapons.
The armours in the game felt a tad subpar. Starting off the vandagar (?) I have only just changed pieces of armour after 20 hours in. I wish they didn't give you such powerful armour right away as it felt a tad...
I tried this on release for Xbox and pc. On pc it stuttered badly that I couldn't enjoy it. On Xbox it one s it played better but I didn't really get far. The same items dropping felt boring, would've liked a RNG stat model. I gave up playing shortly afterx was waiting for a stutter fix but never went back to it.
It looked alright. Graphically for a game based on a film. There is good work put in. But I am unsure how well the school to the open world ties in, I watched parts of the video and felt the idea fit a mobile game better. Let's see how it goes upon release.

I had purchased sekiro shadows die twice recently and didn't like it. So I was somewhat put off getting elden ring. But a really good deal popped up (elden ring digital for £22 Xbox) that I couldn't turn down.
Been playing for last 2 hours and it's great, I'm a tad lost at the start after getting my horse. I didn't pay close attention about what to do. So I ended up venturing off. But can't wait to get back to it again.

I haven't yet played it but my brother is telling me it's amazing. I had Sekiro shadows die twice on my to play pile and gave that a try this week just gone. But unfortunately it's not holding my interest as much.

I was semi looking forward to the game, as I wouldn't mind a dungeon hunter style game on phone that is of a high quaility (I miss dungeon hunter 2, wish it was on Android).
If this is just loot box for cosmetics, then I'm all for it. But if it's progression based MT, then I doubt I'd play for long.
