Now lets hope these numbers don't drop off too much. More Ps4s being sold in Japan mean more cool Japanese games for me :D
But thats my point. You don't get to choose. And not every character has that sex appeal that's why I give you the example of the last of us. I'm not even fighting your stance on a base level. I like when Devs do decide to base characters on practicality and make a grounded mature story. But once again it all starts with the design philosophy. They ask themselves "what do we want to make?" then they either answer,
"we want to make a serious mature story abou...
Well the thing you don't understand is games are an art form and the creators have a vision of whats cool and what forms are appealing to them. As an artist I understand this well. To call for developers to alter their design philosophies to fit a social acceptance is practically asking to censor art...
Artists make what artists want to make. It's your choice to look at it or not. Same thing happens in movies and every other visual art form. Get off your high horse. ...
I love that Japan has no problem being so tongue and cheek. American writers and press drive me crazy almost daily it seems.
Regarding Quiet Kojima even referred to the internets reaction to her as reflecting MGS5's theme itself in that culture, language, and all the differences between countries make it impossible to ever see eye to eye.
While most of the American industry is up in arms about a bikini, Japanese gamers look at it for what it is. Another...
CD Projekt Red is just so impressive as a developer. They check all the boxes whether it's the quality of the game or the way they support their games and think about fans.
Whether they make the best dark fantasy setting or a super cool cyberpunk setting, it seems like what they make is always right at the top of my wheelhouse. Their games feel like they are crafted for me and I love it. Only a couple other devs out there that I can say that about. (FromSoft, KojiPro/RIP...
If we don't see a 5 I would assume it is more like Blood Dragon.
Third person annihilates First person in my mind though. Never understand when they are compared :/
Eh Unless it's a lot better when upgraded I never felt like it was much of a factor. You have to get pretty close to hit someone with it. I actually got seen quite a few times trying to use it. It felt like a novelty to me
A lot of people like me owned a ps3 and Pc and just played the first two witcher games on pc wishing they were on ps3 and was overjpyed with a ps4 version.
You could play kindom hearts roms on pc but I dont think thats the same thing. Most people that are serious enough about the series to play upressed on pc already played it on ps2 extensively.
Not only is it limited on the vita because of the install base, but certain kinds of games dont play very well on handhelds. I got the platinum in Gravity Rush on vita and love the game, but the beautiful world is hard to appreciate on a handheld screen. Even the beautiful Vita Oled. kats model is very small and the camera is very panned out so the lower resolution really muddles the game.
I wish from the beginning sony wouldnt have advertised the vita as a console game playe...
I wouldn't be so sure... 😏
Witcher 3 edges out Bloodborne and MGS5 for me too. But what a year it has been, huh guys? I'm not a huge Fallout fan but it actually has me intrigued too, and don't get me started if Persona 5 is confirmed to release this year.....
Wow guys. The gameplay looks great. I don't play many online games just because its hard to dedicate the time needed to stay competetive because I like to jump around and play so much, but I always tend to get into the smaller tight knit online communities like The Last of Us. Hopefully this fits the bill :)
Yeah im right there with you. Between her and a decent rocket launcher you just need to fight them to the left of the hanger where the two smaller buildings are and keep flanking them around the building and shooting them in the back. They don't seem to move much over there.
Who knows it may still be! At least we can hope. Also not saying uncharted wouldn't deserve it, we all know how great that will be but with Uncharted just being a new iteration of something we are familiar with I think Horizon has a great chance to really excite us with something new!
BEYOND!!
You're also forgetting things like all of blizzard and Destiny... Activition won't be going anywhere for a while...
As a huge souls fan I kind of felt like Dark souls 2 was a bit convoluted. When Demons souls came out it was super tight and maybe a little too linear but everything felt like it was there for a reason. In dark souls they opened it up and added a lot of detail but everything still felt perfect and strategically placed for a reason. In Dark souls 2 I felt like there was a lot of filler and stuff idk how to explain it. Bloodborne was awesome and a big step back into the right direction for me b...
Why put that much effort into a post like that. What would give you any indication that they aren't planning big stuff. Kaz has done wonders for sony and the playstation brand. I'm betting e3 is going to be another big win for us gamers. Ever since Ps4 Sony hasn't screwed up like they used to in the ps3 days and I don't see that changing. They will keep investing into internal studios and we will see some quality stuff churn out here soon.
Lost my Wolven armor as well. But oh well i'll wait for a patch. This type of open world game has a lot going on and these kinds of things are what you have to deal with.
