Definitely the latter. Not a single game among them deserve the perfect scores they received. Famitsu's just messed up. They haven't got a clue what's what. There's probably more to it than meets the eye.

I'm at the end of the game, for the second time. I've had a single freeze right after an auto-save in the last level. That was my first time through. It did surprise me but I'll live. Fallout 3 freezes on me a half dozen times per session. I've still put a hundred hours or so on that too.
No online issues in U2 what so ever. Haven't tried co-op yet.
Um CDs can be tranfered to iPods and everything released on vinyl has been released on CD.

I've been doing that on my PSP-1001 for about 2 and a half years. I RIP every UMD I buy and then shelf it permanently.
I don't think the complaint that it doesn't have access to the entire game library is a stupid complaint. I think that's quite valid.

I'd buy Uncharted 3 tomorrow without a second thought. It's the best series Naughty Dog has produced to date, in my opinion. Crash Bandicoot kinda sucked. Jak & Daxter was pretty good. Uncharted is unprecedented.
The two aren't mutually exclusive and neither need be sacrificed for the good of the other.
Unless you're developing on Wii.
When Uncharted 2 comes out and every now and then makes you stop in your tracks, turn your camera 360 degrees on both axes and stare at how jaw-droppingly detailed the environments are, that's an experience. It's an experience hinged on 'pretty graphics' Miyamoto seems quick to dismiss.
I got it. It's really fun. But it's also understandable that not everyone wants to use their home consoles for casual puzzle games. I do think sales will continue steadily for a long time. It came out right between 2 very highly rated games, which came out within a week of each other. It's not gonna be a blockbuster downloadable title like Bionic Commando or MM9. People's money is kinda tied up right now.
