You might wanna sell a kidney.. you have 2 of those.
Housemarque.
There's no point trying to make a God of War clone that will compete with the real deal.
Pachter still claims the whole package is $180, which is a fallacy. There is no need for the redundant Navigator, it's simply an option. That puts the price for a complete package of 2 Moves, the PSEye and a compilation game at $150. A bit high, but it also ignores the addressable market of current PSEye owners and those who may only want 1 Move controller, putting those people at about $100.
If you buy the bundle for as an entry into the platform, that gives you your $30...
They should just hand over all future localization and publication in North America to Atlus. They can probably stick with Atari in Europe but maybe SouthPeak or Square Enix would be a better choice.
Point being: Namco doesn't have a clue what's going on outside of Japan. They take all their cues from platform high-ups and not the consumer.
Day 1 for sure. In fact I hope I get into the beta... sh!t.. it's probably going to be PSN+. Hmmm... I'll think about it.
Move in the right hand and the DS3 in the left, using the Left analog, D-Pad and L-buttons. It's not rocket science. Sony has confirmed the Navigator is a redundant option; A matter of preference.
At most.. at the absolute MOST.. people will require a camera and 2 Move controllers. That's $150 retail with great flexibility and additional functionality from the camera.
But there's also a huge addressable market that already has the camera (myself included). That's $50-$100 for a complete package, including a game. I consider that reasonable for the Wii HD alternative I've been clamoring for.
I can't be the only person who was looking...
So do I and I am.
Well at least the internet has it's priorities straight.
Assassin's Cree-D
Ouch, hope not.
I'm sure they can find enough global shelf space to ship as many units as they like... at first.
I've always known that PSN was more open than XBL, often to a fault. I would see good games fail in some ways, where mediocre to average games were succeeding, because they chose to implement crappy tech where obviously better, more stable technology was available. However, in a creative industry, you're not going to succeed in restraining people. They want to work in the environments they want to work in, often because they're inventing them as they go. But the end result is wort...
My living room said to keep it the eff out or it's leaving.
It means my PSP is retiring from everything but a bedroom video device. Other than the odd compelling exclusive. It's only saving grace is that the video store is finally coming to Canada. I will probably patronize it regularly.
I am psyched about a 3DS and look forward to trading in my 360 toward it.
I wish I could have been in the theatre to see Killzone 3 in 3D.
It's a better fit for TGS.
Well call it Extraction HD if it makes you feel better.
Let me guess: You feel entitled.
