It was innovative 10 years ago, when they invented it.
I'm curious how it will sell.
Sony produces active shutter televisions, not paralax barriers. It's pretty simple.
The best way for Sony to continue to differentiate from the rest of the market is to continue to evolve Remote Play. At least that's my perspective on it. Allowing all games and media to be played remotely would really compliment the PS3.
Of course this would require another analog and 2 more R/L buttons, which leads directly into the next obvious upgrade: PS2 compatibility. I was really surprised that Sony didn't merge PS2 and PSP into a single platform, but it'...
It will, obviously. Though it will probably be as slow an adoption as HDTV, starting with those very same early adopters. HDTVs started hitting the market when DVD did, so that's quite a slow adoption. 3DTV will likely see a quicker adoption, however, due to the fact that there is actually content available to drive it.
Let us not forget that Microsoft backed HD-DVD. I don't think their finger is on the same pulse as the MPAA. Though they may be correct in terms of t...
FFXI was slated for the Xbox but an agreement could not be reached until half a year into the 360's life. If that's how long it takes to negotiate a deal with MS, most MMOs will die before getting there.
Sony fans would rather talk about Kinect... because it's funny.
Holding your hand over the ignition for 5 seconds to start your car? Yeah.. That sounds like a blast.
Oh oh! Next, compare an old, fat Genesis with a PS2 slim!
I was hoping for a better boost than that. I'll stick with my 7200RPM HDD I guess.
It's just prerendered video. Probably Bing codec.
It's called product synergy.
You think a Nintendo 3D TV will be cheaper?
What a stupid article.
Why is 3D awesome when Nintendo does it?
For the same reasons Warhawk didn't. There are just a list of sacrifices that need to be maid for fast, smooth, reliable and fun vehicle-based online. Too many things that are usual criteria for AAA status, such as super-polished graphics, voice-acting, mo-cap and animations.
I think what they're doing is exactly on track.
Yeah, it doesn't work like that. Even if they were models of GT4 cars, they'd still be running in the same rendering pipeline as the rest of the game. They would render as cleanly as anything else. If you see low res textures or low poly models, then you might be on to something. All this proves is that you have a crappy video.
I'll decide when I play it. It certainly looks fun, regardless.
It seems so simple and obvious, but Capcom find a way to screw it up.
I really enjoyed the Motorstorm: Apocalypse trailer.
how many of them are bots?
