I have full confidence in their ability to make something awesome. That doesn't necessarily mean something I like.
Despite my tendency to lash out at "The beta is broken!" types, I do have to agree that subjectively, I don't like the direction of U3 MP as compared to U2.
That said, U2 is still there.

"My system is freezing" is a useless and unhelpful statement. What version of hardware do you have? What kind of internet connection? What kind of display/audio equipment? HDMI? Component? Composite? Where are you freezing? Are you playing in 2D or 3D? Single player or Splitscreen?

If corrupting your data allows you to start from scratch, then why not just let the player start from scratch? What does it accomplish?
I know what it encourages. It encourages people to try and corrupt their data. What fun. I'm sure in the search for a reliable way to accomplish that, someone's going to stumble upon an even more useful exploit.

Regardless of how it looks, the camera is junk and needs to be updated. Or they should allow people to use any USB camera as a PS Eye.
