stealth500k - That's utter bullsh*t. Kinect is selling like hot cakes over here in the UK. In Japan, its doing alright as well considering the amount of consoles Microsoft has in homes over there.
"It's not all bad, just mostly..." - 68%
That would indicate that only 32% of the game isn't up to scratch, which - if my math is correct - isn't "mostly."
What, so you guys don't have to follow the N4G publishing rules, then?
"OK, so Kinect Sports was such a letdown. But lets not think about this new Rare which are sell outs." - Actually, let's. Let's think about a company that has made the best-selling game for a new peripheral. Let's think about the fact that the game is a VERY good one. Let's think about what the money from Kinect Sports will help Rare to do in the future. That's not "selling out." That's protecting and building your business.

Can someone tell me WHEN the licensed game was a "great institution?"
Ever since the Atari VCS edition of E.T., licensed games have generally been awful. Going through rubbish like Cobra, Home Alone and Red Heat on the 8-bit systems, all the way through the 16-bit Back To The Future and Simpsons games...and on through crap such as 007 Racing, Toy Story 2, pretty much every Disney game made for the PlayStation, Super Bombad Racing, Up!, Rio, Thor, the Transformers ga...
I have to agree. Ubisoft seem to be just throwing whatever they can at every console ever. What they don't get, is that if they focused development time on single formats, they'd make better games.
Yes, DigitalRaptor...it was kind of a bad joke. I wasn't being serious. *rolls eyes*
Echochrome II used it, and was pretty horrible.
I think this year's E3 will be bigger for Microsoft than most people expect. No, it won't go as big as Sony (NGP) and Nintendo (Project Cafe) - but I think that they'll show some brand new software that truly uses the power of Kinect.
Also, folks would be remiss to just focus on Microsoft's presentation this year. Ubisoft and Activision are sure to show some interesting Kinect software, too, and we'll likely see EA take their first steps with Kinect via so...
And you're an idiot. This is one game that doesn't work properly. There are a fair few that do, and that are great fun.
"they charged my cousin two years in a row without him even knowing they were going to do it on a gamertag that had not been used for over a year"
So, he signs up for a recurring 12-monthly contract, and when he forgets about it and Microsoft bill him for it, its THEIR fault?
I don't understand your logic.
This is awful, awful trollbait, I have to say. If you're going to try and prod the trolls cages, at least try to not make up bare-faced lies in order to do it.
Thank you for the disagrees. I would love to know what I've said that is factually incorrect. Apart from the hair on fire bit.
Yah, they do. Go to http://billing.microsoft.co... and you can switch off auto-renew there.
"I have been a Gold member for years, but the thought of paying for a service that should be free has always been bothersome to me.."
..I'm sorry, but WHY "should" the service be free? Them servers pay for themselves, do they? That support team pay its own wages, does it? Organizing Beta codes and giving them out, providing development support, promoting the service and making sure that it all works is done by the fairies, is it?
They ...
Those games were dire, unfortunately.
Shift 2 is refreshingly good fun, though.
I disagree that its overpriced.
Everyone will go and happily pay £40 for Batman: Arkham Asylum or Portal 2, or what have you, and spend ten or twenty hours playing them. Folks that buy FIFA on day one (for more like £30, if you shop around) will likely play it over the course of the following year for a hundred hours plus.
And once you've played for more than 5 minutes, the changes generally are quite obvious to see, and affect the gameplay more...
An 8 word sentence, and you screwed it up. Congratulations.
Why, BlackTar187? He's undeniably correct in what he says!
Codename: Kingdoms IS a Kinect game. Already confirmed.
