I remember having a conversation with someone saying that Sony buying Gakai was a foolish move and that the cloud service wouldn't be ready for use any time soon. I replied, "Why would Sony buy Gakai for 380 million dollars if they had no intention of implementing the technology?" With the reveal of Playstation Now on the horizon I think that most people will agree that Playstation Now is a brilliant move on Sony's part.
Xbox One has a mediocre lineup of games that cater to casual gamers. Why would anyone expect Microsoft to have some sort of spectacular presentation at E3 when they are clearly still trying to turn the Xbox One into a set-top-box. Sure they'll have the same old games like Halo, Gears Of War, and the like, but I also expect Microsoft to continue pushing television, television, television and programs to go along with that push. Those who don't learn from history will definitely repeat ...

Definitely agree with Beyond Two Souls, Heavy Rain, and Infamous remasters. The rest, not so much.
I think Sony's underestimating the numbers myself. The PS4 should sell 17 million by the end of 2014, if system selling games like Uncharted 4 get released in time.
Why on earth would console gaming want to emulate smartphone gaming? If anything, smartphone gaming will emulate console gaming. Ridiculous article.

People were saying the same thing about Wolfenstein and The Evil Within. Wolfenstein is averaging reviews of 8 or higher. It just goes to show you that the people whining about graphics and resolution don't know a godda** thing!

Churning out mediocre games doesn't give you an advantage, in fact, i'd say Microsoft is giving customers more reasons to avoid buying an Xbox One.

I expect 18 to 20 million sold by December 31st 2014. Sony's fiscal year began either at the beginning or at the end of March. So that 10 million projection is more than possible. I actually think Sony's underestimating the numbers.
The space used to make the game has to come from some where. Take Tomb Raider for instance. I would have preferred that Eidos use the RAM used for TR's incredibly lame multiplayer to add more content to the main campaign. No one even remembers the multiplayer in TR because it was utterly pointless and a waste of RAM. Trying to use multiplayer as a selling point is a ridiculous idea. To the gamers like me who spend an average of $120.00 per month for gaming, multiplayer is hardly a selling...
There's nothing from Bethesda or Tango confirming this delay. It has been delayed for release in Europe apparently.
