Say you are playing an online multi-player game and you have 20 players in your session.
Does it matter if 10 of those players are from PC or from Xbox? The 20 players are still there regardless from where they come. Does players from another console receive special powers for playing cross play?
For me it makes no difference from where the players are gaming so I don't need crossplay as I am still going to play with a bunch of people.
This is not an Xbox exclusive. Is also available on PC.

It is very ridiculous that people are saying that Microsoft won E3 just because they had a better presentation format.
E3 is about games and Sony had the best games by far. They failed at the presentation format.
Games is 1 thing
Presentation format is another.
Sony still won E3 because is all about the games.
MS just had a better presentation format. That's all. You don't win E3 with that, you win with games and Sony had them.
Sony's first party studios are on a league of their own.
