I am a PS4 owner and I don't care about cross play. I played Rocket League and I could not care less if the other players were from PC or PS4. I just had fun.

There is a reason the Xbox community doesn't have a diverse library as Playstation. They don't support these games but the console worldwide leader community of Playstation support these games and this is why we get better support and exclusives.
If you watched both Xbox and Playstation conference it is very clear that Playstation exclusive games are on a higher league of their own.
