"As pointed out by Metacritic, the Xbox One had no positively reviewed exclusives that were truly exclusive to the console. In recent years, Microsoft has moved away from developing exclusive games for the Xbox One, instead releasing many of its titles on PC as well." - the old... it isn't exclusive because it is playable someplace else line. And yet all those PS Plus games are still considered exclusive.
Mike Ybarra made a comment on Twitter that January was going to be as good as December was on GamePass. Unless there are new release titles appearing later then that statement is looking to be false. Because December was awesome with new games like Ashen, Below and Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden.
Titanfall 2 is still very active now. My son plays it all the time... plenty of people.
@Gaming4Life1981 - movie licenses do NOT also effect game licenses. Separate entity.
Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden was a welcome addition to my game collection after a long absence of play from XCOM2 (due to game crashing bugs that made it near unplayable at times).
Simply took enough of what made XCOM a great game and added interesting characters a quality story and post-apocalyptic world to discover.
Can't wait to see a sequel!!!!
Everyone is saying he is getting fired which is far from fact. He simply got picked up by Netflix.
@SublimeStylee2 L4D had an AI Director that Earthfall is seriously in need of. It allowed a dynamic feel to the game and gave L4D a replay value that really isn't present in Earthfall. It controlled both enemy placement and weapons and such as well as having a music Director that dynamically staged the music to the situation.
Earthfall characters simply were not endearing in the least compared to L4D. It is like each character is simply a generic filler with no real per...
"Most"... really? Like no other games disappointed more? So tired of these sights that have no clue what they are writing about.
Point being that early on MS actually had more games than Sony on their respective new systems. The single thing that bit MS in the but at the start was the DRM issue.
@-Foxtrot - I don't know where you have been when the media has been released on the game but I myself instantly saw it as a multiplayer game. Never imagined it as a single player experience in the least. And again, the more than a decade old game with a small following does not dictate how the game is going to come out later when it is spun back up and looking at a return to the gaming world. Everything about that game spin was leading to a multiplayer experience. If you don't like i...
"Online only sucks." - really? Tell that to the Wow, LOL fanbase type. So many MMO games out there and this really is little different. I mean look at Fortnite and PUBG as being always online. Everyone for sure has there preferred game types but to imagine an online game being slammed because it is ONLINE seems kind of ignorant. And just because the first game was offline single player does not mean the completely separate 2nd game in the series has to follow suit a decade later is ...
Similar cases have already been through the court system and a single dance move is not protected. Routines yes... single dance moves... no.
Quote: The Copyright Office’s own guidance is clear: “individual movements or dance steps by themselves are not copyrightable,” it says, specifically calling out the waltz and “the hustle step.” (The Copyright Office is not super up on trends,)
This is the typical... see someone profiting and trying to get a piece of that profit for yourself. And near every single move is more famous because of Fortnite and has proven to boost interest in the few that have previously used said move to become semi-relevant. For sure the back-pack kid himself has earned far more interest since Fortnite use of said move than his own actual presentation of it.
You claim Fortnite was a complete rip off of every other game and then claim "PubG put battle royale on the map for games"... are you not even aware of the hypocrisy in that? PUBG was not even close to the first battle royal and stole near everything it did from other games too. Fortnite has for far more originality in its premise than PUBG ever did or will. PUBG even is attempting to mirror everything Fortnite does but in a worse way. PUBG and their season is complete garbage in co...
Yakuza 6: The Song of Life 182,000 ...wow.
Too many crashes on xcom 2 for me to ever give it a pass. I loved the game but it got to the point that it crashed so often it was unplayable.
This person just didn't get the game an doddly is one of the few that found it too hard even on least difficult mode.
Take 2 is getting publishing rights and payment Obsidian earnings fall under Microsoft earnings. Obsidian has not been identified as selling the IP to anyone so looks (until we hear otherwise) that the IP will stay with Obsidian and Microsoft.
As a console player seeing it available on my Game Pass to play and having downloaded it already day one... I have no qualms with how Xbox One is being treated as the lead and PC Microsoft gamers getting their Play Anywhere availability at a later period.
Sorry I meant to type PS Now... not PS Plus.
