Days Gone problem is that it tried to do State of Decay 2 with AAA graphics and did not reach the level of gameplay.
@IamTylerDurden1 - so Devs put out a patch for things that simply weren't there?
The idea that because you have not came across any issues (possibly because you think your Pro is so much superior?) is not in turn a reflection of everyone else's experience and thus the narrative of issues is false. For sure there are a lot more non-Pro gamers than Pro gamers so even if the issue was absent from Pro (which many Pro players have claimes issues) the idea that the major...

How is online a 9? What online aspect were you even rating?
So all these cars that are being passed by and/or simply looted for basically nothing are left to just sit there because of clogged highways that we are not really encountering in the game as it is traversed? Simply weak at best.
Here is what I am finding it hard to understand about Days Gone... so what happened that everyone now drives motorcycles and really nothing else? What is the reasoning behind why everyone, even the enemy are now bikers? Why would me imagine that people are suddenly driving motorcycles when a car or any other kind of vehicle would offer more protection from screamers and enemies then riding on a motorcycle with no doors.
The idea that all non-motorcycle vehicles are simply ...
@solidgamerx - disagreeable; unpleasant; objectionable
@WomBat - I think you are missing the the real reason of Fortnite's success and longevity. The building for sure is a difference identifier between Fortnite and other games but that is far from the reason for its success. The reason for the longevity of Fortnite is the simple fact of it always evolving. Giving us the same single map but changing up the map each season to make its evolution a key component in why people return season after season. Giving us the familiarity of the map with ...
SoD2 had a few glitches at launch but were quickly patched. Anything remaining that was worked on after was minor at best.
Appears to be a AAA attempt at SOD2. They got the visuals down but gameplay was lacking in many areas. AI was near non-existent and sound didn't appear to have that much of distance in the camps to gather the attention of other AI. Even the guys that he ran up on point blank that were attacking friendlies didn't seem to pay any attention to the main character in the least. almost as if he wasn't there. And shooting friendlies had no consequences. lol
Except this is not the first hour of the game. As he says this is after the first hour of the game.
I like how the only real contention to the article (other than the idea of there being a Zombie Research Society) is the Days Gone narrative of trying to force a concession of not calling them zombies.lol
@ShadowWolf712 - this is not John Romero lore here. Zombies do NOT need to be reanimated dead. Simply have to view World War Z to see that zombies can simply be zombies by being bitten from a viral host. All the zombies there changed near instantly after being bitten. The problem with people and their idea of what a zombie is completely falls apart when you see that every zombie movie or game has some form of difference from others.
The idea... 'they aren't zombies ...
It makes them look like zombies because they are. Simple as that. Hell even RE games had zombie hordes that were controlled and functioned very similar to how they claim the freakers make themselves different from zombies.
Because they are zombies. Absolutely nothing about the so called freakers that are different then many titles that have zombies in them. They have done nothing new with freakers that we haven't already seen with zombies in movies or games.
I like how people imagine it is some kind of slight to call frekaers by what they are which is zombies.
Sony will never sell a console at a loss on launch. With specs given they can never be able to manufacture the console at the PS4 price. Even 2 years from now.
"sampsonon54m ago
$399. they aren't dumb enough to make a $500 console."
Really? Less we forget the $599 PS3 in 2006. ($100 more for simply having 40GB more hdd) And people claimed that would be the death of them too... it was not.
If it is going to have specs capable enough to do ray tracing then it will not see anything close to under $500. I am not seeing anything really less than $600.
Why would it need to be $100 cheaper to be worth it if those of us that have and play Xbox One rarely if ever purchase games in disc version any more? It is simply a great option for those that game share digital games anyway and don't utilize the disk drive.
I think you missed the point maybe? He specified "because I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over" in point talking that the missions were basically the same thing each time. Missions aren't bad, just having to rinse and repeat mission themes is the bad thing.
Now some people don't mind repeatedly doing the same thing over and over in a game. That is why we have so many farming simulators and such.
