If you're a pro player that starts an event weekend from pool play where you compete on mainstage and featured stations, you'll be playing on PC. If you're a player competing in the open bracket, you'll be playing on the Xbox Series X. (or in this case the Dev kits)

You have completely missed the premise of the post I made. As near every previous acquisition or hint of an acquisition has followed with people making outlandish claims of the fall of Xbox due to it. And the fact their claims are outlandish doesn't stop them from doing so near each and every time.
I am claiming they are "googling 'Valkyrie Entertainment'" in hopes of making an announcement of the demise of Xbox. No story changed.

You are simply incorrect in this narrative. Game Awards is about past games and little more. The few offerings of upcoming games does not come close to E3 presentation. you are reaching and more people think the Game Awards is simply a waste of time than not.

Awards don't matter unless Sony is earning them for many. I could care less about rewards myself... but this game looks fantastic and there is little argument to be had.
Funny that near identical remarks were heard after the first gameplay trailer of Senua's Saga: Hellblade. And the game turned out to be just as good as it looked in the trailer. Why? Because it is in game footage. Everything you see is what you get in game.
