Simply need to have a business centered out of some place like Taiwan or India where international copyright really doesn't exist. China even cares little about most things like this though you wouldn't want to do business in China.
I am playing on my Series X and my son is playing on his Series S. Neither of us have had the issues that you are seeing on your multiplayer sessions. Don't know what to tell you? Daughters haven't started playing on their One X yet so can't tell you how it is doing on there yet.
@Yppupdam -
"How much does a fridge weight?
On average a refrigerator weighs between 200 to 400 pounds. This depends upon the type of refrigerator. The new modern refrigerator tends to weigh around 220 pounds whereas the most commonly used weighs from 250 to 350 lbs. - 27 Oct 2020"
@Mustakrakish - so your idea that people are paying full price for campaign but missing half the game because multiplayer is free... then you are saying all Sony single player campaigns are ripping us off? Spider-Man, God of War, TLOU2? Your premise doesn't pass scrutiny.
@TheDoomGuy - Banjo-Kazooie came out in 1998 on Nintendo. And games were made for Nintendo for approx 7 years.Last game appearing on Gameboy was in 2005. (16+ years ago)
Microsoft bought Rare in 2002 and allowed THQ to make their last Nintendo game 'Banjo-Pilot' through a deal.
Banjo-Kazooie and Rare has been a Microsoft owned entity since 2002. Only 2 Banjo-Kazooie games have been created exclusively for Xbox systems and they were 'Banjo-Kazo...
Because we have played other Betas that were miles ahead of what we got from BF 2042. It isn't like this is our first rodeo. Sure every Beta has some issues but for the most part in Battlefield Betas the issues really weren't that great. But BF 2042 was all over the place.
And devs not being able to handle the "hostility"? Really...? Is there a reason gamers are more hostile at BF games than other games? Is Battlefield special in some way that they are be...
Has nothing to do with smart delivery. This has been a thing for disc bought games for some time now. Across many different developers and is simply the common way of supplying the game to their customers. Discs now are more often just glorified cd-keys for the games people buy. There is a reason a web sight exists where they list games that can be played off of disk with no internet connection. Because they are simply disappearing quickly and a list is need to know if what you are purchasing...
I don't believe the exclusivity for console will be that long. I am guessing they are going to be 1yr and then eventually 6 months possibly. But I see it across the board. I think they might have seen the increase in sales outside of just their console as a positive. Hard to deny profits even when it is counter to their business practice. though I imagine they will not push to include profit pattern with Xbox and focus only on PC.

I think you are missing the point of his message maybe? He believes he has the games he wants to share with as many gamers as he can. And he also believes that he can't do so with the limitations the console brings.
Does this mean more games coming to PC... I don't know? But it does appear to show his want to reach out beyond only the console.
Though that could really anger a portion of the PlayStation fanbase that feels moving games to PC is s...
It is one thing to remake a game every once in awhile after a deep call for a game to return. But completely different to remake games just a few years old and then simply having more focus on remakes than new games in a new generation system focus.
It's like... 'what is the next remake that is going to be announced next?'. Similar to when old movies and TV shows were being remade in record levels.
If I don't see another remake for 3~4 years I would be happy. Give me something new people.
Point being that PS Now is the competitor version of GamePass. It is not exactly the same and never will be due to Sony business practices. They fail because they can't open up their games in the same manner as Microsoft can. They would have to completely gut their gaming business model to compete and they simply are doing too good now to entertain the idea. Let them fail and they will consider it. No time soon. (this is not saying GaemPass business model is a fail as it is the best thing...
You mean like PS NOW????
Last time I checked everyone claims Fortnite is something they don't want and keep calling it a dead game and crap and yet it is more popular than most anything out there. "People don't want" is not a statement that can be verified prior to release. Sure we hear naysayers but that doesn't mean a game won't be played by many.
Exactly... they did little but talk about what each company has done and had near zero clue what is actually being worked on.
Guess they haven't told the GEO stores that yet? Series S arriving all across Japan at GEO stores.

I am not saying that Xbox out sells PlayStation... just that their percentage of digital sales versus retail is greater comparatively for each system.
"Sony said that 51% of all games sold on PS4 in FY2020 were digital"
Microsoft has not reported numbers but the idea they sell less than 51% of their games sold as digital is not likely. Simply that Xbox sales more of their games digital than Sony. (again not saying they sell more games just that the percen...
Source for this?
Completely false reporting. The idea it was "GamePass" was speculative. Xbox has notoriously sold next to nothing in Japan regardless digital or retail. Though after game show it out paced Switch for a short time. (just a short blip)
Xbox does sell more digital than PS comparatively but that is more so because of their "Play Anywhere" business model where you can purchase a digital game and play it on other devices.
PS5 has sold only...
The idea people are trying to make that GamePass is a service that people are only buying for a single month to play a single release title is complete hogwash. The titles available offer continued play across a very wide group of titles. Titles that keep gamers busy playing day after day. You don't just say... ok I am going to stop playing this game because my monthly subscription is up and I am going to wait until next big title to resubscribe. It is almost like people have no idea how ...
