All 5-7 targets in my areas no longer receive new Vita stock, what they have has been sitting for months. They don't even put the games on display anymore. The 3 best buys have maybe 4-5 games on one shelf. If retailers don't support it, it means it does no business for them, therefore its dead.

The A50s on XB1 have awful sounding chat with the included cable. This is something I guess they have chosen to not fix and instead release a new headset

Microsoft did this to themselves. The two major issues were direction and power. The bad press against the Xbox One certainly didn't help XB1 sales (TV, online, low res) and may have boosted the PS4s sales. I'm also willing to bet that the majority, even if it is a small majority, of casual gamers still think the Xbox One is always online still 720p. I like my XB1 more than my PS4 and WiiU but I don't think Microsoft will recover from the mistakes until next gen.
Also they can't show gears in Germany so that's out. Phil said on Twitter the first two were banned in Germany.

From my experience you have to be online to play digital titles. The disc games download once, then you can play offline.
Yeah you'll only need to spend north of $500 for a wheel and base.
