Japan is 100% anti-gun. Even the cops aren't allowed to carry guns. Also, blood and gore is somewhat taboo in Japan. The UK is the same way to a certain degree (gun trafficking).
Assassin's Creed got quite tiresome for me (the gameplay becomes a routine)
Uncharted was a lot of fun, but there's way too many gun battles (on the brink of genocide), which play out the same for the most part.
I'd like to try it out first.
All the PS2 rail shooter ports like Vampire Night, Ninja Assault, and Time Crisis 2 & 3 were pretty good, but unfortunately the guncon 3 isn't backwards compatible.
Well, hopefully House of The Dead 4 gets a good port.
Also, I wish they would bring Typing of The Dead 2 to the states.

I pre ordered it off Amazon (it's $10 cheaper). However, I read a preview of the game and it said that the gun is not compatible with any of the PS2 guncon games, which sucks beyond reason. Also, there's still no word on a House of The Dead 4 port.

Everyone keeps praising how great this game looks, but it doesn't look great as a whole (it still looks really jaggy and somewhat muddy). Some of the characters in the game look fantastic (ex. default Shepard), but a lot of the other characters lack the same amount of detail and polish. The same goes for the environments.

I think Uncharted looks fantastic for the most part (some places and objects don't look as great as others). Uncharted definitely has better environment variation than Gears, but they have two completely different themes. For some reason, Uncharted it reminds me of all the old Disneyland rides: The Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of The Caribbean.
I can't wait for the sequels
