I bought the chinese import of Siren (has english options from what I've heard) and kind of regret it because it cost more and that I have to wait about two weeks before it arrives. It's killing me. This might be my favorite game this year

Since it's Bandai Namco, I wouldn't doubt that both characters are locked on each version and you have to buy a key through DLC like Beautiful Katamari and Ace Combat 6

I'm just tired of the lack of variety. Everything is multi-platform and trying to look "realistic" with ugly earth tone colors. I'm sick of the Unreal Engine fad. I'm tired of how bland or broken gameplay is this generation. I'm sick of next-gen shadowing. It's hard for me to convince myself to sit down and play something. I'm praying to God that TGS redeems the crap-fest that was E3 this year

I'm completely happy with how the dashboard is now. I don't want some hand-me-down Fisher Price avatar creator. I don't need my dashboard to be "fun n' happy"

The game was based on The Book of Genji and not actual history, which is quite obvious. It's actually a very good book.
The game would have been good if the developers kept the original fixed camera and didn't stretch the length to compensate for the first Genji game, which was only 5 hrs long

Alone In The Dark and Hellboy aren't bad at all
Alone In The Dark is somewhat clunky but was way more entertaining than MGS4 and Ninja Gaiden 2 for me. The IGN reviews for both games are overly cynical. Nothing but negativity and that's not fair nor justifiable.
Just play them for yourselves. They're not amazing games but they're definitely not p!ss poor like all the reviews say they are. I really don't get why people are judging these...
I'll wait for comparison vids. I bought GTA4 for the PS3 because most said it looked better but sold it later for the 360 version after I saw it in action (yes the 360 looks better).
