My internet connection is average. I can safely assume majority of north america is, too. The issue isn't whether or not you download the game before launch, during launch, or after... you still have to download. In that period of time I'm downloading a big game, other things that I could do online would be greatly limited 'cause the game download takes up too much resources. For example, when I was downloading left4dead 2, my usually fast chrome browser would ...
enslaved's game mechanics are actually the ones that's old and outdated. although castlevania didn't revolutionize anything, they at least took pointers from the god of war games, which by the way, have a great track record for great gameplay
Trolls' comments are very predictable. They typically start or end with a "lol" and would have at least one word or phrase in caps. Killzone 1 was over-hyped as a halo-killer and it failed. With killzone 2, people's expectations have been more cautious. The moments leading up to the release of k2 wasn't filled with hype, more like anxiety. Fans and critics alike were waiting to see if guerrilla have done enough improvements since killzone 1. So no, the hype you're ta...
puke-emon!!! poliwrath is brutal O_o'
That doesn't make sense. If you already downloaded a cracked version of a pc game, then why the need to burn it into a dvd? Maybe you sell pirated games? That's really low even for a pirate =/
iobuffa (also from youtube) got me thinking about this game. then seannaners posted his own minecraft video, after that i was hooked. most of my games are for the ps3, only pc games i've bought are bad company 2 and minecraft!
@EvilBlackCat

Halo Reach
Halo Anime
Killzone
Killzone 2
Killzone 3
Before Killzone 3 is even released, Halo has already came out with 3 sequels, and 3 spin-offs. You need to get your cough checked. The phlegm may have clogged up your brain.
for some reason, the release of move brings out 360 fanboys' inner pervy-wanker urges
OMG a new ominusha would be awesome!
so playing on an hdtv makes a person a "tech whore"? i can imagine someone who grew up in the 60s calling you a tech whore just 'cause you bought an sdtv instead of sticking with radio =/
The most interesting man in the world.
yeah, definitely nice... we keep playing their game, and they keep supporting us back. kinda like how 69 is when someone pleasures another person and the other person returns the favor lol
Even if you were to take away all the Move games, you're still left with a bigger list than Microsoft's
*high five with borat accent*
back in the emerald days, i used to have this collection of 100 rare candies and I'd "feed" them to a pokemon I'm training just to see how its pre-training stats would look like at level 100. the whole process was exhausting. but yeah, i completely agree, IVs will make a person obsessive lol
i've been busy playing bad company 2.. this article reignited my passion to get back to training pokemon again! sadly i have to freshen up my knowledge base on everything =/
I never tried guild wars even though it had no subscriptions. I never tried WoW even though everyone I know were crazy about it. Didn't even bother trying out ragnarok, maple story, or runescape. But if they do decide to create a quality pokemon mmorpg (a big emphasis on quality), then that would be the first time I'll pay monthly to play a game!
If you hate reading an entire review, then try watching videos reviews, gameplay clips, and trailers.
Reviews can have (and most of them do) summaries at the end pointing out the good and bad aspects of a game. Some reviews also have bullet-points highlighting the pros and cons. Not having enough time isn't really an excuse to keep using review scores, especially with the reasons I mentioned.
@Neckbear
A socialist gaming industry means the government would own and run it. Say goodbye to mature games, and say hello to more "family" games. Because of capitalism, small and big companies could thrive and profit.
