I agree. The guy could have been doing something else other than playing games, and he could have still died. There's likely something wrong with his health, not with gaming.
Fanboys and console wars have always existed. I only have 2 tiny criticisms with the game. It took me a while to find a colossus. Contrary to the prevailing opinion, the graphics looks good but not great. But then again, I now have an hd tv and am planning to get the hd version next year... those 2 things would easily solve my small problems with the game.

I actually got a wii to play animal crossing city folk, but I would have never guessed I would end up playing more mario kart! 4 player split screen is super fun =]

Don't get me wrong, in no way I'm saying the Sly series is bad. If Ratchet was a 9.5, Jak would be a 9 and Sly would be 8.5
ratchet = collecting weapons, more emphasis on comedic plot
jak = darker plot
sly = stealth, avoiding enemies more encouraged than fighting them

Let's say the ps3 would lose killzone 2, mag, and resistance 2 right now. PS3 owners would still have uncharted 2, demon's souls, ratchet & clank crack in time, and god of war 3. Yes, that's right, that's why the ps3 is not a "shooter's console" because it doesn't heavily rely on shooters. Now if the 360 were to lose halo reach, what other exclusive games are there for players to enjoy? Gears of war 2? Fable 3? Not much, huh?

No, xbox live fees do not go into running cod2 servers. Take the first starcraft for example. People have been playing that game for 12 years before the sequel came out this year. All those years blizzard never asked for players to pay to keep battlenet running. Live is just an intermediary service between cod2 servers and players (the same goes for other games, too).
