I've always loved the current design. It's so easy to use and perfectly built from the onset. Having said that I like being helpful and contributing. I'll give it a go.
I want to buy the Fallout 4 game and perhaps a 3ds game for my kids
Wii was a underpowered console with motion games. It had little 3rd party support. Ps4 is the most powerful console and arguably the most support. Two different console generation and scenarios.
Lmao. Still waiting? Have a snickers. Sony will just overclock the cpu, Add more memory available, update their software support and tools, then???? Yep still waiting. Lmao poor Microsoft fans. An endless cycle expecting hardware to change or morph mid generation.
Its always PS4. They are the Golden State Warriors of gaming consoles. Just swishing in 3's at a ridiculous rate
It is completely out of the question Xbox will catch up. 15 million is a insurmountable lead. Of course silly things in history have happened but logic dictates as long as there is a semi normal cycle then PS4 maintains or grows the lead. Even losing some support stays ahead. So yea 15 million which is really more like 17 million lead is insurmountable.
Oooh the return of the hidden gpu!! I can't wait that article.
About 12% more help. That's significant to some developers if say they are on the brink of 1080p and 60 fps and just needed a little push. Let's say it means more effects? A few more fluid game moments? Just one less dip in performance on those digital foundry videos everyone likes to watch vs Xbox? Now PS4 will have more of the moment where slight dips hardly occur more often.
Oh you mean Xbox caught up in power already? No not yet? Ok guess it's never been late then.
Understandable question. The console itself needs to run. One core is now doing that. Before it needed two for optimal performance and extra space just in case. After two years it is streamlined and figured out exactly what is needed to run the console os. So they can open up one of these cores to developers finally.
While Xbox specializes in software. Sony does specialize in console hardware and gaming software in particular. They are no stranger to hardware or software.
This is just the beginning. Of course they probably won't release some catching up or major mind blowing increases articles like someone else... I'm not saying who. Soon they will optimize the memory and free some up there. Probably overclock the machine, developers are learning to use the gpu for compute, they will most likely improve the console several times through updates. Over time it'll end up being stronger by a pretty significant amount at the end of the console lifespan....
And this is exactly what will happen if they ever feel the need for it.
Yep. Meanwhile PS4 secret sauce is quietly upgraded its machine staying ahead in power. I already told them this. It's very easy to eventually run the os better, Add one core, overclock, upgrade software, Add features through downloading. It's not a monopoly on software that Microsoft has. So strange they always tout something so widely known.
A whole core added is the equivalent to overclocking. They offset.
It's an ok perk. It never really excited me as any sort of big deal.
Yeah ok thanks. Now we can stop overhyping backwards compatibility like it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'm glad Xbox had it briefly as a tiny perk. Honestly I never took one notice of the whole thing till just right now
PS4. Then wait for Virtual Reality and NX Nintendo.
I believe him but at the end of the day all he is mentioning is cutscenes. Soooo... Yeah.. Cool I'm glad for those cutscenes looking nice. It doesn't blow me away for any of my games cutscenes to be awesome unless gameplay or in game graphics match.
This is very troubling. Now a sequel is definitely in doubt. This is why you do not go timed exclusive on the lower fan base console against its biggest exclusive Halo and a huge 3rd party in Fallout. I feel like Microsoft threw them under the bus. Now who knows if they even try to make another Tomb Raider? Got to have sells to make the franchise a viable future. No matter how much Microsoft threw money at them it still has to sell good. Smh. They learned their lesson. Now it'll be cross-...
