I agree. 450 is pushing it. 400 is already pushing it. They have a golden opportunity to gain mindshare in this virtual reality market. They already see Oculus sells well at 600 but the same price or 500 for a console may make itniche. If I have to pay similar to the Rift I'll just get the pricier upscale version of virtual reality. Oculus Rift has all the horror games so hopefully PSVR capitalizes on the high price of the Rift.

I'm ready. That's a good price. Oculus Rift is amazing. I'm almost considering that instead but I'll wait for the PSVR. They need to follow the Rifts strategy though. Horror and unique experiences. Open it up a little to multiple media's.
It's virtual reality. At one point the tech was worth a couple of thousands of dollars just to run it properly. Of course it's worth more. Wear the headset and you'll agree perhaps.

I'm gonna tell it like it is. I'm very happy for their bottom line. However those aren't exactly impressive hardware parts sitting in any of those machines. Nobody considers any of it cutting edge except maybe the graphics card in the PS4 slightly. It's not the same at all. Nobody buys McDonald's every single time or owns it has to eat it every day. What if they found the PS4 joypad to be more accurate faster response? I have found the PS4 to be insanely fast and responsive in controller abilities. I find it very likely the controller could win many response categories
