I imagine this means all PSVR games won't look so downgraded from the regular PS4 version games now. If you use PS4 Pro wouldn't that give it the last bit juice it needed not to downscale some games now.
The Cell actually worked dummy. It did exactly what they said. People learned how to use it and 3 years later the games took a generational leap in visuals at generations end.
Except they are actually smarter at this. They build hardware for the companies living. There is no reason to not believe Sony made their console smart with Microsoft's machine in mind.
"Nintendo fanbase". It's not supposed to become another crash and burn get outsold by everyone. The broad appeal is important. That's why information is important.
Checkerboard is fine if you want a increase over 1080p. Most of you don't even get trues 1080p on Xbox One. Now your complaining if upscale 4k? Lmao!
Nothing if the Switch is a handheld Wii. A ton if it's a handheld Xbox One.
Price, games, specs. I want to know what I'm getting into. I dont just go blindly into purchases.
It's 3 years. I repeat 3 years into the current console generation and Nintendo already released the less powerful Wii U. So I hope they learned their lesson and didn't go do something stupid like create a handheld weaker console again. If it's not the Wii U handheld I will buy it. If it's essentially a Xbox One or Ps4 handheld I will.
Well I'm sorry but secrecy only causes mistrust in me I won't buy a console that's keeping secrets about its ability. That usually means it's underpowered. I don't want a handheld I can play on the TV. I want a full on console I can play on the handheld. Full on console experience at least means on par with Xbox One the baseline power I expect.
For real. If this had been the PS4 original specs and launched 3 years ago it would have cost 600-500 dollars. For its price and still a sizeable bump in hardware it's a great price now.
You sound ignorant. That's not all that important. The ones who sound the most ignorant never realize how a big jump that is to have a gorgeous game running perfect at this resolution. It's gonna still look great.
You forgot the more powerful pro version though.
As opposed to carrying your entire system and Blu-rays around?
As far as a handheld so far this looks like the best. I have learn more about the home console part to see if this is also a viable home console. Portable? A homerun though.
I guess another question will be can you plug in the seperate screen without the dock? If I can charge it on a wall outlet or play without needing the dock for a extended period of time I'm sold.
I think it will compete. Let's wait till we found out what the power of the console is first. If it's on par with Xbox One then it's certainly a player now. I love the idea of that portable screen with those removable controls. Then playing it on a stand somewhere. Then putting it back to play on a TV. I like it's ideas. I wish I could do this to PS4 pro games or Scorpio. Their design is perfect. A real good solution for console handheld games.
I couldn't disagree more. If this thing can play Xbox One and PS4 3rd party games on the go? Then it's instantly better than those two systems. If it has online games too on its main console. It is great right now but we need to learn it's online plan, hardware ability, and support. If it has those things it's gonna do great.
I generally haven't agreed with that and Nintendo for a long time being the case. However this time that is completely true. They hit the nail on the head. It's most certainly a hardcore crowd and casual crowd pleaser all in one. The only hurdles are the power of the machine and 3rd party support. If they have hit those two things then this is a homerun.
It's full of pop up ads. Im not reading that article pop-up fest. Its a great idea. Yes the main concern is 3rd party support. If it's a hybrid portable Nintendo cobsole isn't that less if a worry though? Portable Nintendo usually has high support. So this is both a console and portable. Im so glad the direction they took. The name is practical. The design is modern and controls practical. It's exactly how I wanted to play portable games. I get a console experience and console...
The n4g sight itself is comprised of all media articles. Therefore is it just everyone agrees Microsoft is a shit console? Seeing as every article is a bunch of different sites. They all come to the conclusion Microsoft sucks.
