Ive never really cared about 30 vs 60 fps. Thats kinda beside the point if the pace and gameplay matches great. Really resolution matters more depending on the game. Nobody plays any game and wonders could this have been better in 60fps? The gameplay is built to be what it is at that pace.

Very sound logical theory. It does show us this was actual game footage of early pre alpha Uncharted and not a Watchdogs situation showing something not representative of the final product.

Microsoft was already doing it. Its not like they are gonna all of the sudden do more than they already have. its just that Sony joined the battle and it was the bigger franchise they got than Microsoft ever did.

Yeah well its already done. Nothing can be done of it. Buying more 3rd parties was Microsofts intent in the 1st place. See Tomb Raider. Sony can buy a few themselves with sweeter deals, because they have the larger install base, and longer standing relationships with most companies. So it'll be tit for tat.
Cant be done. Both franchises are too big and would cost Microsoft a massive amount of cash to even attempt that.

Thats not entirely how it works. The 3rd party developers generally take into consideration which console will release its game to the largest possible buying audience. Which at the moment is PS4.
To sway buyers they need exclusives. There are some buyers going with xbox in America still. Its a good business decision to get a very popular American title.
It was genius. I am more inclined to buy Street Fighter as are more people than Tomb Raider. I guess Sony had a backup plan to the Tomb Raider thingy by getting the bigger franchise with Street Fighter?

Well I am no longer officially interested in this game unless it is on Ps4. IDC if its ever released on Ps3. That time is passed already. Whatever they thought they were gonna do with that game on Ps3 is now over.
