I think it will be Ps2 vs Ps4 this generation. I wouldnt put money on Ps4 though. Ps2 is the best of all time. Its gonna take a few more exclusives and large library to keep up with that kind of success. Ps2 had one hit after another after another. More exclusives than any console could ever hope for.

Wow image quality is probably the worst problem you can have for a game system. I cant even believe they admitted it. Well If it has a problem with image quality then thats pretty much the reason it is struggling.
Oh and if you have the cheapest console that also had the best version of every single 3rd party game who would buy the other console? Just the die hard fans would. Its called common sense shopping.
Two words. Customer appreciation. Something Microsoft dragged their customers through the ground with before launch. If the two had been anywhere close in how they both treated the consumer then Microsoft may in fact be leading the generation right now. As it turns out the Xbox was also very expensive, it had a Kinect nobody wanted, it had online mandatory nobody wanted. Then all the bad press. It was the perfect storm for Sony.
If its unfinished and released early how can they feel bad about it? They literally made a decision to do so knowingly. If they decide to gimp one version to make the other versions on par how can they blame anyone else but themselves for a poor product across all platforms?
If it loses weight it will still be fatter than Ps4. :(
Well as for the fanboys comment. its not really a drawback to the machine itself. which means the guy had a hard time finding anything wrong with the Ps4 to make it one of the drawbacks. Ps is being optimized as we speak. Short lived blah blah secret sauce talk. Xbox is always behind. If it wasnt why would they always need to optimize it?
Yeah all those arguments are out the window now. Its actually Sony who has not released in China yet. When the Christmas season numbers die down again it will be Sony who dominates all regions once again. The Xbox sales spike is over after Jan. 1st. I think this not so good though. So much domination could lead to apathy. I hope Sony tries to pour it on by creating as many great titles as they can instead of resting on their laurels.

Best version of nearly every 3rd party game, it was cheaper, had a wider variety of games including indie games, AAA lineup in 2015 is larger than Microsofts. Well that is just remarkable and kinda shocking. I never even dreamt at the beginning of this generation that it would be this one sided. I really felt Xbox would have made a real push to be the top console of this generation. Now sony seems to be literally running away with the generation in a landslide nearly unheard of since Dreamcast and N64 vs PS2.
Titanfall 2 coming to Ps4 was already predicted before Titanfall 1 was released. Gears of War is obvious and has me excited and waiting. Kinect is dead already. We killed it with our voices and wallets. Rare has made a meaningful game in decades so unlikely. TV is everyones plan even Sony.
