Itll be close exclusive wise but I dont really care. The actual sales battle is pretty much over. Microsoft may come close one day to outselling Ps4 maybe a month or 2. Overall Ps4 looks like its just gonna steam roll the Xbox One then come out with great exclusives. Thats fine because Xbox will be forced to keep on coming out with exclusives to try and keep up.
Well thats a lofty goal. The Order 1886, Drive Club, and Uncharted 4 will all be the best looking games on any console of this generation by the time Deep Down releases.
I love that its a rare machine in the wild. We get to see it as often as I saw the mythical beast 3DO when I was a child.
Never really cared. It always finds its way to the other consoles. Its not like you wont ever get to play it if it finds itself exclusive.
I have a great feeling about this game. There is just something when you know a game is gonna be good before it even releases. This has that "it" factor. I am buying this one. I love masterpieces by Kojima. They are not only games but works of art.
They are supposed to please fans. Lets be honest the fans are guys who like big boobs. Why not? We have playboy and various other magazines for this. Why not videogames which are good games and as a bonus have good looking characters to gawk as well.
These previews actually sound exciting to me. As you generally get the smallest and least exciting bits during a demo. They neve give you any of the big moments in a game when demoing it. Generally its just a little gameplay. If the graphics are as rock solid as everyone says the gameplay could be phenomenal when the best parts of the game are being played and not just some random demo. This game could end up being huge.
Whenever it comes to secret sauce articles. I tend to ignore the details and wait for the substance. So far I havent seen anything to say the cloud will be a huge deal this generation at least. Maybe in several years.
I think regardless of the reviews I will play this game to get a look at the graphics. I am sorta a graphics whore. This is the best looking game visually besides Drive Club I have seen this generation.
Yeah really. Its not the fanbase hyping it up and surely not the articles about it either. I dont think it will be a disappointment at all. In fact it will be a bonus if it turns out good. They are setting it up to actually surprise everyone. Everyone would just be pleased at this point if it turns out to be a decent game. Sorta like Drive Club pleasantly surprised after the updates.
Lets be clear if its selling about half the consoles as the Ps4. That does mean its not impressing the casual buyers as well. This is a disastrous scenario for Xbox. The casual audience was the audience it was hoping to capture in the 1st place with its all in One features. So now its also underpowered, not appealing o the casuals, not appealing to the diehards, and its got no games.
I am hoping the Division really does live up to its billing. The Order 1886 would just be a good bonus. However that is not my most anticipated game now that I have learned of other coming exclusives from Sony. If the Order wasnt so great it doesnt even matter they have so many things coming anyways to choose from if it fails.
I kinda wanted Titanfall and Ryse to be those games that really pushed me into that consoles way. Heck even Killer Instinct which I really wanted was a little underwhelming. Lets face it guys and gals. Many of these sites are now infested with fanboys. I dont mean just the comments sections anymore. We have nearly entire articles and entire sites devoted to one machine or the other now. Reviews are completely skewed from normal. Bias is seen through the words. Complete lack of professionalism is shown on sites by grown men and women now who actually get paid to to do reviews and objectively talk about each of the consoles. Fankly there are too many fanboys that grew up and now have the ability to write articles for me to take anyones opinion seriously. Without me playing the games for themselves anymore to decide for myself.

Lets not forget China will join the foray soon to enlarge PS4's crowd. So this is not out of the realm of possibility for Ps4 to outsell PS2. I think it will be nearly a tie at the end. Ps4 will come in very very close and maybe pass Ps2 sometime during the middle of the next generation of consoles being sold.
To do it PS4 would need to keep pace with their 2015 lineup every year. That is assuming Uncharted 4, The Order1886, Until Dawn, Ratchet and Clank, Deep Down, Hellblade, Rime and Bloodbourne all release in 2015 or most and most of them have acclaimed success in 2015. This is not unlikely given Sony's history making so many great exclusives. Sony has to keep pace with the vast Ps2 lineup to keep pace with that console in particular.
Obvious is obvious. Its not like the hardware of a major competitor is just gonna remain static as the other improves its through software updates. That is a ridiculous assumption made by Microsoft and its fans.
