Hang on, the online pass is a good thing?
Activision lose. They'll need another source of like 70% of their income.
I wouldn't be too bothered, but I would miss it.
Edit: @stolensoul But that really doesn't compare to 20 million £40 retail copies along with similar numbers of £10 DLC releasing almost every month, does it? Add to that, the elite subscriptions. Yeah, man. That, my friend is a HUGE hit.
Meh, if I wanted it, I'd have gotten it on steam.
It's like when someone tells me to watch a film and I don't see why it's so good from their description of it and from the premise of the film.
Maybe its a case of the game being better than it sounds... I'll keep an eye out, I guess. I'd rather play it on the PS3, right enough.
Same, I've been playing disgaea and haven't played CoD for about a week. Dreading how bad I'll be at it when I play it again.
80 levels? There must be a shitload of stuff to unlock, then...
Since when is 8 a bad score?
Well, we have this one warcraft player who's in our college class and everyone just thinks he's a bit weird when we ask him what he's doing at the weekend and he answers "raiding". It's all he ever talks about, it's crazy.
He sits on the computer in college planning these nights at our breaktimes on websites. When I see him, it totally discourages me from ever playing MMORPGs.
If I end up like that, shoot me.
Good to know they have a bigger voice cast. I'm sure you'll spot the odd voice doppelganger in there but I doubt it'll be as bad as oblivion was.
There you go... If you like bombarding skyscrapers, MW3 is the game for you.
I totally agree, I think that there's a bit of leeway regarding length for games. I think anything less than 6 hours is too short and anything more than 20 hours (unless it's an RPG or an open world game) is too much for the story mode of a game.
For an RPG, I'd say the ideal amount is between 20 and 80 hours (with the potential to do more if you want to). I think that's the sweet spot.
For a shooter or action game, I'd expect between 6 an...
Oh, look, someone else called it the PSV! I thought I was the only one who did that!!! :D
I think this statement would be true if they were more efficient in their bug testing. Those and the fun factors are the requirements that need to be filled.
I can see myself playing a Call of duty game five years down the line and still enjoying it.
Then again, it will die at some point, like all things. I thought tony hawk would never die. In my mind, there was no way they could have fucked that up. Yet they managed to. As long a they're careful, call ...
Well, I guess you're right...
They could all have siblings to take their place. It worked for sub zero, anyway! :)
Monster hunter is big, but it's not gonna be the difference for someone deciding which to buy. They'll still buy the one they want.
I played 1 and 2 on superhuman mode. I don't know if I can be bothered doing the same with 3.
I bet she's a robot.
Meh, I don't really buy used games anymore anyway. I used to when I was poor, but now you wait 1 week and get it £10 cheaper, these days.
That's good. Always excited about 3DS announcements. Something to play.
Yeah, they should go back to chasing ambulances...
Just checking.. When you've pre-ordered this (I've had my pre-order for a while) does that mean you get this with it for free?
