If it had ended with hale killing daedalus and then escaping the ship on his own, leaving the gamer to doubt whether he got out or not (similar to fall of man's ending) it would have set up well for him to be the enemy of the next game but they dropped the ball a little...

I like 3D, but it's not a selling point for me... I wasn't even all that interested in the 3D in the 3DS, either but I bought it anyway.
Yeah, that's true, but if you want the DLC, then you'll get all the super expensive map packs for free, too. So it pays for itself. I only bought one map pack for black ops and it cost me 11 quid. If I pay an extra £10 to buy the game I can get cod elite and the maps for no extra cost. It's a good bargain.
